Still looking for female inmates and male/female trainers.  These can be Male or Female.  Disciplined, controlling, understanding.  This game isnt about rape or forcing the inmates to change but helping them to discover theres more to life than the life they have lived.

Storyline

Located off the coast of Alaska is a small, unnamed island that is too harsh to be inhabited.  The island only measures 2 miles wide by 3 in length.  Nothing much grows here, its harsh, cold and unfriendly.  Sitting in the centre of the island is a newly built facility.  Comprising of five separate buildings it looks clean and sterile.  There are no walls, there's no need here.  If any wish to escape they can, they cannot get off the island and the harsh climate makes it cold and hostile. 

The facility is a new investment by a privately owned company.  World Renown for being at the forefront of modern prison reforms.  The Serse Foundation is a name that is growing in stature.  Started 50 years ago by Indigo Serse it has grown to being one of the largest privately owned companies Worldwide.

The Serse Facility can hold up to 400 inmates.  Most will be kept in three general population buildings.  But one is under the close watch of the investors.  This one is going to take up to twenty inmates (females only) at a time and rehabilitate them.  These twenty will be taking part in the specialised training program designed to rehabilitate and train.  These fifty will not be serious offenders, in fact they will be repeat offenders.  Petty criminals who can't get their lives straight.  Their files will be referred to a select panel of physiologists and trainers.  They fifty selected for this programme need to be seemingly submissive.  No extreme violence, no overly fearful personalities.  They have to be mentally stable.  Most will come from the streets, hookers, runaways, those who have fallen through the loop holes in the law.

At Serse Island they will be taught many things.  A strict regime of discipline, teaching and required learning.  Good behaviour will gain rewards, unwanted behaviour will be punished.  It isn't a place to instil fear, but a place to teach.  After the two year training period if the inmate has passed the final test they will be required to serve the final part of their sentence in the employment of men and women who will be their sponsors.   Most sentences to Serse Island will be five years and above.  Once the sentence is served the inmate will be released, they will decide if they wish to remain with their sponsor or take up employment with another who can offer them the position they have been trained for.

Whilst Serse is not about fear, the place is not fun.  It is a bleak, harsh place where wanted behaviour will be well rewarded.  But be warned unwanted behaviour will be severely punished.



Game Rules
1. This game is a BDSM slave training game. It is not a free for all and the guards should not be psychopathic rapists.  It isn't all sex.  Its about characters developing and you having fun writing.

3. Please try to post once every 2-3 days, as people will be waiting on you if you are in an active scene.  There will be slow times where this is not enforced as much, that is to be expected.
4. A good paragraph is required. Your character has thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as well as sexual desires.  Show your talent in your posts and help keep the game running well.  We can't deny someone for posting one liners all the time if the game is full of them. It does take effort on your behalf.  When you cheat your posts, you cheat yourself.  Who knows if a post you make here might get you a game somewhere else, or lose a potential one because there wasn't enough effort involved?
5. If you are going to be on vacation or extended absence, try to finish your scenes or have your character leave the facility to go to your quarters or cell.  Vacations and days off can be arranged In Character as well.
6. If you're posting in a 1x1 conversation, feel free to keep posting.  If someone else joins the conversation, a posting rotation should go into place.  Wait on the other parties to post. Be considerate. Please do not go past the time line.
7. This is a 3rd [third] person role play game. Please post in third person context.

Personality: He is a good guy, he can be rather harsh when he isn't being obeyed. Generally he is a all around nice man who just loves training young people. He knows that the correct training can totally change a person for the better and he would do his best to make them understand. When he is being disobeyed he can be pretty harsh on that inmate however after the punishment he would caress the person and make them feel safe.

Background: He was born and raised in Alaska, ever since little he has been the talk about of everywhere he went. During high school he wasn't a bully however he often got into fights with people who bullied. Captain of the football team he knew very well how to defend himself and others. He loved working out, if often brought a sense of peace in him as he worked out his body. He got strong during high school however it was during collage that his view about the world changed.

His parents died in a car crash with kids who were drunk and driving, kids his age. Not really believing it he confronted the teenagers and they didn't really cared for what they did, Brian was furious. He knew that teens with the correct training could be very good people so he went through collage without really thinking much more about it. Receiving a job offer in the prison short time after he knew that they had the correct idea and quickly accepted.

He started working in the prison and knew he was in his dream job. Being a person that can actually make a difference in people's mind was more of a honor to him than anything. He quickly became part of the family between the prison guards and often times befriended the inmates trying his best to let them see the errors of their ways. When he is given a person to train he can be really rough but at the same time very caring. He knows that they are human beings and that they need to be conditioned to obey thing that they were not thought before.

Name: Alexander "Ice" Serse Reed

Sexuality: Straight

Personality: Ice. as he's been called since a young boy of eleven, appears rigid and cold as ice.  And at times, he can be--in fact he pulls on his natural looks, white blond hair and ice blue eyes--a face of sharp angles that seem to slash the plains of his face that form the craigs of his chin and cheeks. A smile or smirk looks to be just at the corners of his lips and depending on his mood, it could be either as he is often amused at life that or finds it the irony within.  Diciplined and formal, he often calls those he's training by their title and last name, as he expects to be called sir by the subjects.   He believes strongly in the experiment being conduction at the facility and as a nephew of the founder of Serse Enterprises, is one the family of psychologists who helped formulate the reformation plan for non-aggressive offenders.  Calm and rational, he also comes to care for those he "tends to."  Part of his own cycle is finding ways to let go of a sub once their period of training has ended.  Hence the reason for the need to use formality when in a training situation.  It is one of his ways to keep a small, if necessary, level of distance--even though he knows he will come to love them all.


Background: Ice has grown up within the tight knit Serse family.  His mother, Violet, is the sister of the founder of the Foundation, Indigo, and his father, Alexander Sr. joined the firm fresh out of grad school, where he and his mother had met.  Both still work for the Foundation, though at a different branch.  A staunch practitioner of BDSM for as long as he can remember, having been introduced to the life of D/s in early childhood, without the sexual aspects of course, and later as an adult, through the mentorship of a beloved cousin, Ice was gently steered toward the family's way of life, though he was allowed to choose his own way.  His way--to the surprise of his family was switch.  He was more Dominant, but if a powerful enough person came along, he would sub for them, his desire to be Dominated by someone stronger and love of pain allowed for that, but only another man could dominate him, and someone incredibly strong.  As far as inflicting pain, he was ambivalent.  If if was for discipline, then of course it was necessary.  If it was for pleasing another, then he enjoyed it.  If it was for punishment, then there was no joy to be had, it was simply what it was, a punishment and not for enjoyment.   


For trainers: what is you training specialty? (Sexual:  cunningulis, anal, oral, spanking, flogging, whipping, binding, needle play, candle play, toys, use of voice to intimidate, hair pulling, aftercare,   He believes in using punishment when necessary, voice correction, discipline when necessary, and understanding the difference between the two.   Also, finding out what makes his subjects tick, what they like, want desire, and using those things to help the subject.  They have to be fulfilled, it has to be about them getting what they want in the end, or it's really for nothing.   

behaviour:  His behavior is calm, cool and caring.  He doesn't lose his temper or yell.   He may have them sucking his cock, but he will seem to be a gentleman while having them doing so.

Other interests:  Knitting.  Oddly enough, it started from his love of binding, tying things.  That lead to knitting.  He  holds a knitting class once a week for anyone interested.

Inmate:
    If Inmate brief description of crime: Trixie has been involved in shoplifting and petty thefts since she was in Junior high school. Recently she started grabbing beer at convenience stores and running out the door. She also has been know to distract store clerks by flirting with them while her partners gather goods to take out of the store. She is on a first name basis with employees of the local courts, as she has appeared there many times, and seems headed for a life of crime.

Gender: Definitely female

Age: 20

Sexuality: Straight, but with the right female trainer that could change

Personality: Trixie is well liked by people she meets, and they tend to trust her easily. Unfortunately that trust is often betrayed. She is more street smart, than book smart, and has held only unskilled jobs since she barely graduated from high school.

Background: She was raised by a average middle class family, and was a handful for her parents to manage in her teen years. Now she is living in a small one bedroom apartment in a iffy part of town.

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character: I would like to see Trixie trained to be a responsible member of society, but am afraid her trainers will have their hands full doing that. She might end up getting sexually involved with some of them, both male and female. It make take some punishments administered by her trainers to get her to behave properly, as she is quite resilient to previous attempts to change her character and does not mind serving time in jail if needed when she gets caught.

    If Inmate brief description of crime: Tiff has been a repeat offender of carrying of marijuana, drinking in public, public intoxication (of both drugs and alcohol) and constant vandalism.  The courts know her by name as the judge usually says to her, "Miss Bourque?  You again?  Why do you keep wasting my time?"

Age: 22
Sexuality: She considers herself a Lesbian but she still has some bisexual tendencies

Personality: Tiff is what most people would call a typical "Goth Girl".  She has no motivation to enhance her life and doesn't care about anybody but herself and her next fix.  When she is not high or drunk, she tends to show some violent tendencies.  She does have some book smarts but those are slowly eroding due to her previous peer pressures to try to fit into the cliques that drove her into this mess.  Now, she is almost a lost cause unless someone can save the loving girl buried deep inside of her soul.  She can be very violent when she is not drunk or stoned.  She can be very persuasive in trying to convince people to get her whatever she wants.

Background: Tiff had everything a girl wanted growing up.  Everything was provided for her as she got everything that she wanted.  Her parents were not quite rich but in her eyes, they were rich.  Whatever she wanted to make herself happy, she got.  She was taught by the best teachers in her area and went to the best schools.  She was living the good life until she turned 18 and the recession hit.  It was then when she could not get what she wanted, she started to get depressed.  The life of depression led her to change her looks from dressing all nice and pretty to clothes that were all black.  Things got worse for her when she was essentially kicked out of her house.  At the same time, she was fighting her own battles on her own sexuality.  She could not help but to look at other women and feel a great tingling inside of herself.  She always felt more comfortable around other women as it led to more persuasive things happening in her life.  Later on, she found out then that her entire life was a lie as she sought for people that would provide her the love and caring that she desperately needed.  It turned out that she attached herself to the wrong crowd as the goth girls gave her the first marijuana joint and it was then that things calmed down for her.  She was relaxed for the time that she was high but when the effects wore off, she was a violent sulker... always throwing beer bottles against walls and throwing rocks against windows as if to ask herself, "Why me?"

Now she lives out on the streets living a life of sorrow while waiting for her next joint or beer.

For Inmates: What would you like to see happen to your character: I would like to see Tiff trained to see that there are actually people in society that truly care about her and to be trained that she can't always get what she wants, no matter how much she pleads or how violent she gets when she doesn't get it.  In other words, she needs a parent figure that she never had growing up.  She prefers to have a mother figure but if a man turns out to be her trainer, she will be very resistant at first due to her questioning sexuality.

Yes.  the guards will play an important part, they will be working with the trainers as well as keeping the facility secure.

I imagine that the doctor is there to run check ups on the inmates.  Give them contraception etc.  If its a female she could be a former inmate.  The doctor isnt a major role, possibly a second character if folks wanted to play two roles.

Name: Darius Marleins

Personality: Darius is a man who has been changed by power. His job as a guard had turned him into a strict dominant man who loves to be in control. Yet, he knows his place. He would never defy the orders of someone superior to him. He is a devoted man who lives for his job, and nothing more.

Background: Darius, since he could remember, was always overweight until the end of high school. He was always the last to be picked when they choose teams, and his craving for food was out of control. When he graduated, he decided he wanted to be in control. So he exercised for nearly two years, day after day. He lost all the extra weight, and won some muscles. After that, he started working as a bouncer, the only job he was good at. People going in, people going out, and people who didn't even get in because of him. It was a very good job for him.

Five years passed, and he was made redundant after an incident with one of the VIP guests. He went job hunting and found job as a prison guard, at Serse Correctional Facility. He is also a trainer, whose job requires to correct bad behaviour with punishment, and good one for rewards.

Name: Lanie Peterson
Trainer or Inmate: Inmate
    If Inmate brief description of crime: Small acts of theft- she often stole nail polish, cans of tea, magazines, and once hair dye (though she cut off the blue hair soon after, it "wasn't her thing"). Suppose it isn't exactly a crime but she would often get kicked out of class for arguing with her teachers. She's also a skilled pickpocket.
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Sexuality: Straight, but could be turned Bi with the right amount of persuasion.

Personality: Lanie isn't shy by any means. She has no problem chatting up strangers and is known on the streets for being the girl to talk to if you need a good distraction. Being very intelligent, conversation with her is engaging and even the judge finds it hard not to laugh at her sarcastic commentary. Tread carefully, for she has a temper. When agitated she tends to talk very fast and use lots of big words. Sometimes men make her uneasy, and it is at these times when she resorts to flirting as a sort of coping mechanism. You'll find she has a wide variety of actions that are triggered by a certain emotion of situation. She's like a puzzle that you must have patience with to complete, for she never gives anything away easily. It takes a great bit of wheeling and dealing to get anything out of her, and if she feels too cornered she will often lash out.

Background: Lanie was born to a teenage mother who could barely take care of her. It was when Lanie was 11 and her mother went to college that she started going out on the streets. She slept underneath her mother's dorm room bed and occasionally in her closet because she wasn't allowed to live in the dorm as a resident. One night she discovered the broken lock on the window and began sneaking out every night. She met a fatherly homeless man named Ricardo one night and began to meet up with him, bringing him food in exchange for lessons on hoe to survive out on the streets. Her street smarts grew and as she got older, her body did too. She continued learning from Ricardo, but as she got older she noticed him looking at her in a way that was foreign to her: lustfully. One night while she was bending over to tie her shoe, he came up behind her and guided her back against a wall, pinning her wrists above her head and forcing her into a standing position. She wasn't worried: he often did this to teach her how to escape an attacker. However, this time was different. He began to knead her breasts and tell her how beautiful she was. She tried to block it out, but it was when she felt his fingers at the waistband of her jeans that instinct kicked in. Her knee jerked upward and caught him hard in the groin, sending him stumbling back. He began cursing and ran off. She never saw Ricardo again. When she turned 18 a few years later she ran away from her mother and scraped up enough cash for a tiny apartment, which is where she lived as she dove into her 5 year stint in a life of crime. Shortly after her 23rd birthday she was sent to Serse Correctional Facility, and here she is now.

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character:[/b] Lanie is a good person, though she doesn't have a solid morals system and often gets intimidated by the opposite sex (thanks to Ricardo). She needs to learn to relax around men and distinguish good from evil when it comes to ways of acquiring money, etc.

What could a female inmate expect to happen to her at Serse?

Inmates will be trained and educated.  They wont be raped, humiliated or hurt.  They will be trained to serve, learn to please both men and women and learn what it means to be a submissive.  They will learn to cook, to look themselves and their Dominant.

They will be subjected to BDSM.  Learn to enjoy sex. Rewards for good behaviour, and punishments for unwanted.

Name: Ariana 'Ari' Hastings
Trainer or Inmate: Inmate
    If Inmate brief description of crime: Shoplifting, prostitution, possession of narcotics, and solicitation of a police officer.
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Sexuality: Bisexual

Personality: On the outside,Ari seems to be cold and aloof, but that's just a front for the insecurities inside. Dig deep enough and you'll find that she's a sweet girl that's just had a rough life. She doesn't talk much when meeting someone new, but once she warms up to someone...it can be hard to shut her up. She's got a bit of a temper, but it takes a lot to make her mad enough to snap. Ari has snapped a few times, one time was violent, but she has gotten her temper under control...mostly. She's not overly aggressive or aggressive without provocation, but will fight when challenged...she holds most of her emotions inside, though. She's intelligent and likes intelligent people. To keep her attention. someone will have to be able to hold their own in a conversation. Underneath that mysterious facade, she's just a broken girl who needs some guidance to get on the right path.

Background: Ariana was born to a French model and an American photographer.  Her parents, were drug addicts, her father overdosed on Heroin and died when she was 8. She was left in the care of her mother, who was addicted to various drugs. The few years after her dad died were absolutely horrible. Physical, verbal, and sexual abuse were everyday things for the girl. She ran away from home at 13 and learned how to survive on the streets. Stealing what she needed and using her body as leverage for not being able to pay for her drug and alcohol habits. Ariana didn't mess with Heroin, she knew firsthand how that could ruin a life, her drugs of choice were cocaine, ecstasy, and marijuana. She's a borderline alcoholic and loves her cigarettes.
She's been able to get herself out of trouble a few times by doing sexual favors for judges and cops, alike, but those people have been investigated and gotten rid of. She'd tried to propistition a cop to get out of trouble, she found herself brought up on all her past charges....so it was off to prison for her. Ari isn't happy at being sent to God knows where, Alaska and she'll make that fact known.

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character:[/b] She needs help getting off the drugs and needs help in mending the fragments of her broken spirit. Someone who actually seems to care for her well-being would be the key to being able to do these things.

    If Inmate brief description of crime: Repeated offences of petty crimes. Theft, vandalism, trespassing.

Personality: Despite the crimes she's committed, she's quite shy around people she doesn't know very well. She's very intelligent, and also generous and kind-hearted. She would gladly help someone in need. However she can be easily taken advantage of.

Background: Mariska grew up in a rough household. Her mother was abusive and her father was constantly working. When she was a child, she was punished by her mom for anything she deemed "out of line". As a teenager, she spent as much time away from her home as possible. As a result, she fell in with the wrong crowd. She started stealing wherever she went. Mostly jewelry, but occasionally she stole money. Her crimes escalated slightly and she began trespassing and vandalizing public property.

During her time with the wrong crowd, she met a guy who seemed to genuinely care for her. It was a lie, as he only used her to steal for him. He was very controlling, and even started beating her up. When she got caught by the police, he denied even knowing her. However, she accepted her punishment without a fight.

For Inmates: I enjoy non-con scenes, so if one happens it's a plus. If not, I don't mind. She must learn to overcome her slight fear of men, as she's had a rough past with said gender. Someone who is kind and gentle, but also has a mean/vicious streak would be good for her.

As for trainers I see them as firm but understanding.  They need to be tough, not take any crap and confident to show authority and dominance.  They are the ones tasked with getting the girls from inmates to the sort of woman rich men would be happy to employ as PAs.

I was thinking sexual training, teach them how to enjoy their own bodies as well as how to please both men and women.  Its about gaining trust and helping them grow.  Sexual training is one of the main things.  I am thinking that there will be scenes between trainers and inmates, maybe the occasional forced scene.  The inmates can request a certain scene, if they want to try something.  They can request from the governor who will then decide which trainer is suited to carry out the scene.  The inmate wont know when its going to happen.

They will also assess the educational needs of inmates.  Classes will be offered in various subjects, taught by a trainer who has a knowledge of the subject.  Trainers will be assigned inmates, these are theirs to nurture and get to know, but they are not friends but firm, strict people who are trying to help these women get their lives back on track.

My main concern if I were to play a trainer is how dominant and rough they could get within this context?

Chelemar summed it up brilliantly in a PM to me so I'll share some main points.

"The way I see it is that the story is about dominance and submission as well as a type of slavery training.  The women are being "retrained" to better fit their new roles as willing subs to Doms on the outside who are willing to host them, provide them with positions and maintain their life style on the outside. 

The women have the right to say "no" at any time.  It's always in their choice.  If they say no from the beginning, they will be going back to serve harsher, longer prison terms. "


This is a game about Dominance and submission.  Not only in sexual things but everything.  These women are being trained to be slaves to rich and powerful people who will be their sponsors on release.  Trainers need to be dominant, but rewarding.  Its training the girls to behave in the way we want them to.

They can be rough, I am expecting some NC scenes.  Some girls might need it, others would not respond to that sort of treatment.  Its also about what writers want as well.  There will be times of public punishment as well as rewarding.  If an inmate needs to be handled rough they will be.  Its not a game where the inmates will be asked nicely, this is a training facility and they will soon learn to behave or face the consequences.

I think I understand somewhat, though I can see a conflicting aspect between the presence of NC and the fact that the girls can say no at all times.

Well if they say no more than three times they are out of the program.  They will be returned to a normal prison to serve their full length sentence.  No is a word they are allowed, but as they progress through and realise that they get rewarded for complying hopefully they will stop saying it.  Some people are not going to be trainable, they wont or cant accept it so some will be returned to a normal prison.  (NPCs of course)

One of the reasons I specifically said no serious crimes (Ie murders) or characters that will refuse and be aggressive is so that the characters we have will go along with the program.  Not much of a game if everyone said no I dont want this.  NC will be reserved if its something the writer wants.  Its not something that will be done frequently.  This is more about training and submission. 

If a girl says no then it is up to the trainer to sit and discuss what made them say no.  It wont be left.  These girls are being given a new start.  They could leave the facility and go to an extremely rich man, their lives so very different, but they need to be trained so they can be trusted and understand whats wanted from them.

It isnt about forcing them to behave, but rather showing them how much better life would be for them if they did as they were told.  There are no characters who are overly aggressive or who will constantly refuse.  I want this game to be fun for all and the main theme is D/s and BDSM.  Rough sex, bondage, punishment can all be expected.  I dont want NC for the sake of it, unless its a part of a plot of someone wants it to happen.

Personality: Julie is friendly once she gets to know someone, but she can be shy at first.  She used to be more readily accepting of people, but circumstances have made her more wary over the last couple of years.

Background: Julie had a happy and normal childhood, not giving her parents any trouble, glad for the family she had.  She felt lucky that her parents were still together, especially when most of her friends' parents were divorced.  Everything changed when she was seventeen, and it came out that her dad had been having an affair with a younger woman at his office. 

Feeling angry at both her parents, tired of the now constant fighting, and yet wanting their family together again, she started letting her grades slip, hoping that it would get their attention, and that they'd have to come together to help her.  When that didn't work, she started stealing small stuff, cheap costume jewelry or makeup and clothes, hoping that the more serious yet relatively minor offense would snap her parents out of their fighting with each other and realize that she still needed them both.  She didn't try to hide what she was doing, but getting caught and arrested only seemed to make her parents angrier with each other, and with her.  After a few rounds of being put in jail, her parents told her they couldn't handle what she was doing, and made her leave the house.

Disillusioned with them, hurt that they could care so little for her when she'd thought parents were supposed to love and stand by their kids, she ended up wandering the streets, though she never could bring herself to the prostitution.  She often went hungry, rather than stoop to that level, and instead of stealing jewelry, she started stealing food.  Eventually she got the idea to purposefully let herself be caught, simply to have a roof over her head in the form of the jail, and regular food for a few days, until she went before the judge.  Eventually the judge sentenced her to Circe, and although she's never been to prison before, she thinks it would be better than going back home.

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character:[/b] Julie wants to know that people are still decent, in spite of how her parents have treated her.  She wants to feel that someone genuinely cares about her and what happens to her.

As far as a character saying "No." 

For example of non-con:  there will be times when a character has to be under the control of another character.  Moving them, forcing them about.  Sometimes, even forcing a sexual scene.  It's a prison and under sexual circumstances.  However, say, the person writing the trainer wants to have his/her character use a strap on on the inmate he/she is writing opposite of.  (It is the responsibility of the writer of the trainer to check and make sure that this is OK with the writer of the inmate.)   

now, say the Writer of the Inmate, here after known as WOI, says sure, that is not an off. 

So, the Writer of the TRAINER here after known as WOT goes ahead and writes his trainer beginning to use a dildo on the Inmate, but the Inmate says,  "No, no stop!"  The trainer must stop what he or she is doing, and then there must be a discussion about what was going on in the Inmates mind.  What the stop was for.  Is she denying the program, or did they reach a sort of break through.

If she is saying no to the program, then it goes on her record as an offical "no."  She will have a chance to speak again with the administration and staff on the merits of the program, and she will be offered the chance to receive some sort of sexual or non-sexual punishment. A sexual punishment would be up to what suits that particular girl, but it would be something she wouldn't normally favor. (Though her writer would!)  A non sexual punishment would be  a removal of something "good" like taking away a comfort, or cleaning the showers and bathrooms with on her hands and knees with only a tooth brush every day for a week. 

She can say no to that punishment, but then that no, can result in another discussion, she can be shown what she is missing again, or... until she had used her 3rd chance to try again.

Does that make more sense?

It does indeed make sense.  Hm... This sort of thing would be hotly debated by the trainers among themselves when it happened, I think.  This kind of ambiguity, there would certainly be a formal meeting among staff to review it and decide on a recommendation to the Governer, who would make the final decision as to how this would be treated.

I had mentioned to Kaz the possibility of a work related discussion between Juliet Serse and Victoria Jackson  that escalated to a heated argument then to a screaming verbal fight then... who knows where.

This sort of thing would be just the trigger for that.

Not to butt in, but I just wanted to share an idea:

Instead of saying "no," the inmates can say a safe word that is agreed upon with the trainer during a training session. 

So the inmate can beg and plead all she wants, and the trainer can ignore her or give in to her demands.

Saying the safe word ends the training session with the trainer right away, but results in a "reset" of the privileges they have earned.

Also, before a training session, the privileges can be laid out ahead of time - basically the inmates would see what they earn if they complete the training session.  If there is more than one inmate with a single trainer, the better inmate gets all the goods or more than the other inmates.

It means I can't take any more of this sort of punishment and please stop. ouch OR WOW!.  It doesn't mean I am refusing to be trained in this prison setting.

Not to steal your thunder, but I was thinking along safeword lines, proposing a major change to training protocols in that fashion could be the trigger of my proposed huge fight between Ms. Jackson and Governor Serse.

No, please, no, stop.... all par for the course.  But if an inmate yells "Popcorn!"  Things come to a grinding halt.

This is an institution, with established ways of doing things.  Things that are done a certain way because they have always been done a certain way.  A family business, with all the emotional involvement in things that family ownership entails.

It's entirely possible that at one point Governor Serse will be holding Trainer Jackson out a window by her ankles, screaming at her to apologize  for demeaning the way her family has always done things or by God, down to the rocks she falls!

Background:Everything Hotaru has ever done has only been to survive as her and her brother Jase was abandoned on the streets when they were little to fend for themselves.  They learned how to steal to get the food and clothing they needed to wear, nothing more and nothing less.  Her brother as he got older though seemed to want to take more than what he needed and eventually ending up in jail.  Hotaru after trying to fend completely for herself eventually got caught for her thefts and ended up here. 

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character:[/b]  To become a member of society that can get a job instead of trying to live off the streets.  As most of the time she is quiet and shy her trainers might have a hard time with her because she could very well pull away.

Guards are always around.  They secure the facility, doing both

get to know the inmates.  Each inmate is allocated a named trainer.
But training is carried out by all.  Inmates will spend time with
a variety of trainers both in and out of the classroom.

Personality:  Mr. Cain has a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to his job as a trainer.  He is firm, but fair, presenting clearly the goals of lessons, providing feedback and giving encouragement.  He rewards those who have earned it and punishes those who deserve it.  He sees himself as a stable influence for the prisoners, possibly the first and only male figure in their lives to provide direction.

Background:  A former science teacher with a background in psychology and education at an all girls boarding school, Mr. Cain eventually became the Dean of Discipline and re-introduced old school ways of maintaining order. 

He found that detention did little to change the behavior of his students - sitting in a room proved to be nothing more than a waste of time. 

If a student chewed gum, she had to clean gum off of desks and floors. 

If she left behind a mess in the cafeteria, she wiped tables, swept, mopped and took out garbage.

If she faced suspension or expulsion, she was offered the chance to take a spanking or paddling.

Despite his position, his students respected him and even adored him.  He was both feared and loved.

Still, he felt his talents would prove even more useful for older females who required more strict regimens of discipline.  He is eager to help them take control of their impulses while paying their debt to society, so that they may be functional, law-abiding citizens upon release from incarceration.

For trainers:  Mr. Cain teaches basic science and math, but focuses on discipline and sexual training, including BDSM training.

    If Inmate brief description of crime: A lot of little things. Trespassing, smuggling, harboring illegal aliens and protests.

Personality: Lola isn't your typical "criminal" by any means. She is sweet, kind, generous and incredibly intelligent. She is creative, passionate and definitely stands her own ground. She is stubborn, determined and charismatic. However, she has very little respect for authority or the law, and she is often lost in her own little world. She doesn't look at consequences in the same way others do, so unless it goes against her personal moral code (which is religious and quite strict about certain things), she doesn't see anything wrong with it. Think of her like a Robin Hood character. She doesn't care if she breaks the law as long as she's either not hurting anyone, or actually helping someone. She is sexually inexperienced, but very naturally sensual. She is a quick learner, but not naturally submissive. Submission will be a struggle for her...although it's not impossible, and she won't be completely defiant.

Background:
Believe it or not, Lola had a wonderful upbringing. She was raised by a set of loving parents that took her to church every Sunday, and she had a lot of friends. She made good grades and was the top of her class when she graduated high school. However, it was obvious from a young age that she had little respect for authority and "rules." She broke rules as often as she followed them, and she seemed to go by some internal code of ethics...not following anyone else's. She was never bothered when caught, although she was usually smart enough to not get caught. She took her punishment without complaint, although she didn't necessarily enjoy any of it.

Her crimes always had reasons behind them. She trespassed to fetch something stolen for someone else. She smuggled in medicine because what the person needed wasn't legal in the U.S. She let illegal aliens stay in her house for as long as they wanted so they could get jobs, and her protests were always standing up for something she believed in. Some might call this noble, but the judge was getting sick of seeing her. She also pissed the police off, because she'd just calmly smile and let them take her in. She never apologized or showed remorse for her actions, and they took that as arrogance.

Finally the judge got fed up with her disrespect and sent her to Serse. She honestly has no idea what she's in for, as she thinks it's just another detention center.

For Inmates: She's not a bad girl, but she has very little respect for authorities. I'd like to see her change that, and perhaps develop respect for rules and people in authoritative positions.

Character-wise, I was thinking of something a bit out of the box: A gardener. I would tend to a garden (or greenhouse, this being Alaska) and the girls could take turns working there as part of their training. Caring for living things is often considered to be an important part of social rehabilitation and I think it would fit in with the 'nice prison' atmosphere you have created. I could do double duty as a handyman and grounds-keeper or do some outdoor exercise.

Personality: Victor is a quiet man who likes to keep to himself. He is a good, loyal employee but he does not follow directions well. Instead, he creates his own little realm where time flows to his beat and no one else’s. What is expected of him will be accomplished, and then some, but never now. So far, his Serse employers have accepted his peculiarities.


Background: Victor has long been in the service of the family, working as a landscaper, handyman and general ‘guy on call’ for almost two generations of Serse prodigy. During the years of his employment he has seen many things that were not meant for his eyes by accident. And yet, none of them has ever found their way into the public.

When Juliet Serse was appointed to the new facility in Alaska, it was decided that Victor, as a most loyal employee, should accompany her and lend her his stabilizing presence and occasional word of wisdom. He is not actually qualified as a guard or trainer but he has the trust of the family.


For trainers: Victor is the gardener at the remote Alaska facility, overseeing a pair of heated greenhouses that supply the kitchen with fresh vegetables and fruit all year round. He also performs small repairs and maintenance.

It has been considered that the inmates could work in the greenhouse and garden to teach them the simple pleasure of caring for living things and maybe give them a little exercise.

Personality:  Mr. Lal is usually a charming, charismatic man who slips in and out of character depending on his audience.  He can be a loving sweetheart or a cruel bastard.  He especially enjoys creating competitions between his subs.

Background:  Mr. Lal was a stage actor after majoring in theater in college.  Instead of waiting tables to make a living until a big break that would never come, Mr. Lal was involved in the production of BDSM movies.  His relatively exotic appearance for a dominator and his skill working with subs in front of the camera created a small cult following of his work. 

Eventually, Mr. Lal wanted to expand his experience with women who were not actually porn actresses.  After dabbling in private, unfilmed training sessions, the opportunity at Serse was a natural transition.

Personality: There are several things about Isabelle that stand out more than others. She is very intelligent, and has devoted most of her life to academia. She can always be found reading, writing, learning or teaching in some form. She is kind, outgoing, generous and charitable. She can be strong-willed and stubborn, but especially with her students, she has more patience than most. With her equals or superiors, her patience is more limited. She can have a temper, but she generally tries to avoid conflict if possible. She is a good leader and earns respect without threats or physical force. She earns respect because she deserves it, and she can be both a friend and mentor to the girls. Although she never walked the streets or committed any major crimes, she has a talent for empathy, and never talks down to the girls. She treats them like she would treat any other young woman from a privileged background, and does everything in her power to help them achieve their goals. To some, she's a goody-goody, but to others, she can be strict and defiant. It all depends. She is not a virgin, but sex has never been a primary interest of hers. She knows little to nothing about BDSM, and although she'll discover that she secretly longs to be dominated, she does not consciously realize this.

Background: Izzy was born into an academic family and raised by a set of teachers. They weren't rich, but they had enough that she didn't have to worry about finances. She was always top of her class, and when she was in 10th grade, she went ahead and graduated early to head to college. She did her undergraduate work at Harvard, and then did her graduate work at Notre Dame. She has a BA in History, a MA in Classic Literature, and then a Ph.D in European History. When she graduated, she began teaching at Northwestern University, and made a good name as a young and competent professor. During the breaks, she would teach at a local prison, and helping give people the skills and education needed to succeed after suffering a setback became a passion of hers.

When Serse contacted her, she had never heard of it, but the money and perks they offered seemed too good to pass up. After all, even with some scholarships, her education had been expensive...and professors don't earn that much. Besides, she'd get to help girls who had been through some tough times in their past get back on their feet and live a healthier life. She accepted without a backward glance.

For Trainers: This term is her first, and she didn't know about the BDSM aspect of Serse until she arrived. She is shocked and a bit uneasy about the whole thing, but she will give it a chance for the girls. For now, she teaches History, Literature and Music on alternate days.

There are eight inmates being trained for service.  There are former inmates who graduated.  There are trainers with submissive sides.  Their players all have different desires.

So far, there's been forced nudity for the inmates, getting hosed down, and public punishment with a riding crop and belt (for violating the rules of speaking without being spoken to).

So far there hasn't been any sex, but plenty of domination.

What specific means of discipline are you thinking about? 

Keep in mind these are inmates guilty of multiple misdemeanors being rehabilitated and trained to be slaves on a lease/contract basis to finish their sentences faster.

That's definitely true.  I have two pairings with kaz (working on a third), one with Christa, one with healergirl and one with gaga, and it looks like I'll have more.  I have been chatting with kaz and Christa on yahoo instant messenger a lot, and it's enhanced the RP a lot.

Personality:She is the type of girl that you would see at the back of the class reading books or typing away on her laptop. Quiet and shy, she doesn’t like confrontation she loves however hurting people in a way nobody thought of. She is the type of woman that would not face you but will go behind your back and easily get proof to fire the person from the job or get him or her in trouble with their significant other.

Background:

She was born into a wealthy family, she got everything she ever wanted during her life. She found no excitement on having whatever she wished. When she started high school she started getting into computers and the wonderful things a person could do with a computer. Soon she got deeper and deeper into computer, using her intelligence to learn how to hack. During her high school she began hacking the school and changing grades for money, she wanted to work for her money not being given to her.

At the last year of high school she began getting into heavy duty hacking. Going into banks and leaving viruses that would bring her money into many different accounts she had. However in all this money wasn't her focus, she could have anything she wanted so she focused more and more on viruses. Hacking into banks and leaving viruses that would block their transactions for the day or hacking into the police and altering files of criminals she thought deserved more.

Like that she was out of the law’s view for quite awhile, using the screen name of ‘Death Rabbit’ she hacked bank after bank. However she quickly became bored of it and tried hacking into the FBI. She managed to do it however she was tracked down and arrested. Her parents were crushed and unowned her sending her into the training facility hoping they would teach her a lesson.

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character:[/b]Shown her inner sexuality, she never had sex because she was too focused on hacking. I would love her to be reduced to nothing but a servant to a person meanwhile taking her shyness out her, by force or otherwise.

I like her, the only thing I is her crimes are too much for Serse.  She wouldnt even be offered a place due to the severity of the crime.  The sort of girls they take are the ones who have no hope, petty criminals, repeat offenders.  Young women who are usually off the streets.  Any crime that is classed is major is totally over looked.

If you can just make her more of a petty thief then that would fit perfectly.

I heartily approve of glasses.  For one thing, how a partner treats them when removing them from another will say  a lot, and I mean a LOT about the character.  Yeah, I'm a girl with glasses.  I had a wanna-be boyfriend who took mine off me  one handed once.  A good way to bend the frames.  Call me petty, but that was a very bad impression on me.

Oh the care and precision with which Mr. Cain removed, folded the stems and set the glasses aside so they would not be endangerd if things got vigorous had an enormous impact on how i wrote my part of that scene!  And mwah, you were wonderful!

Almost always by the time events have progressed to the hand up my skirt stage, my glasses have been removed, but usually I'm the one who removes them.

Crimes: Her only crime is that she is a repeated runaway. The state has had enough of her runaway antics, 5 families she had been given a chance for a normal life and every time, she found something wrong with the family. Not with herself mind you, its always the foster family with the problem. The last and final chance, the last family- she didn't like the father. Said he beat the wife. She couldn't prove it. Name: Taloose Abego, "Tally" for short
Inmate: Yes
    If Inmate brief description of crime: Regularly caught smoking pot in and around her small town, without the slightest care for authority. Along with possessing pot, she has been locked up on other various charges like soliciting prostitution for money (to buy pot) and shoplifting.
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Sexuality: Sexual by nature, with men and women. Love is never involved. Sexual preference always came down to money and who would give her some cash for drugs.

Personality: Skittish. On edge. Adhd. Gets distracted very easily. Somewhat absent minded and never quite thinks things through or else she'd realize it isn't the best idea to smoke pot across the street from a bank and other obviously populated places. She can be loud and abrasive at times. She speaks before she thinks. She can also be overly emotional about little things. At the end of the day, she is still a fun person to be around despite her downfalls.

Background:

She is a beautiful latina from a very ugly, dangerous family. Her father was never around and usually always in jail. Her mother had 4 other kids from different fathers, with Tally being the oldest. Without any role model in her life, she turned to the streets for education. This obviously brought her down the wrong path and she began smoking weed and whoring herself out for money to buy more weed. The only positive thing in her life is that she refused to try anything chemical, priding herself on the 'natural' drug. She's been given too many warnings and slaps on the wrist and this time around authority isn't going easier on her. She could enter the Serse facilities or face a much harsher prison sentence. She chooses Serse with no intentions of changing who she is.

Her trainer could make her do anything they wanted with some marijuana.  Medicinal, of course.  Just spark it up in front of her and watch her obey their every command.  And Tally needs her medicine to be the best service slave she can be.  With any luck some pot growers will buy her contract.  And she'd end up in her perfect place.

Personality: Francis was born into love and raised into hate. He is often times silent and does
not really speak to anyone, more so at. He would rather spend time alone figuring out a computer
system, but in prison he was prepared to read. His mind constantly aborbs everything and he has
a perfect photographic memory, hence why assembling objects where easy if he just saw it done.
Lastly his memory is Eidetic, as in it is a file cabinent which he can use at will, he can remember
anything he experiences in perfect detail, a curse that came with his stressed overthinking brain.

Background: Born in a time where computers were non existant, but then the age of the computer
and the internet came around. He was born and tested in a world of genius, at least that is where
things just got complicated for young Francis and took a hard right turn. His mother was killed in
a car accident when Francis was only 12, but his mind was far to active already the death sent
him into a hermit like attitude having been left with his father. Who could have been a heavy
weight boxer if he hadn't chose to use Francis as his heavy bag. Mean drunk made the boy genius
become the unknown ones, the genius' no one ever heard of in the histories. So Francis worked himself
into a college and dropped out after a fight happen between him and a teacher. The teacher was
left with a broken jaw from the chair Francis threw at him. Though by nature and upbringing he was thinner
than most he was around, but he was smarter than most everyone he met. With that he bagan to hate
and realize that after a day or two most everyone became boring, and with that he was constantly
learning and reading. Then at the age of 23 windows 98 realeased and Francis found his interest.
Computers and he never stopped. It took five years before he could master building his own chips and
circut boards, then in eight years he was funneling money to buy his own three story house in the hidden
away forrest of Montana. After breaking every law known on computers he hacked the CIA to remove his
own name from a hacker watch list. Unfortunately he, in his own admitted arrogance, didn't cover his tracks
as good as he thought and he was tagged and he knew it. Once he knew he was caught he instead deleted all
the files and uploaded a virus that shut down the entire server for the CIA. After he blew up the
entire server he got a life sentence. They failed to mention that the reasoning was is he made sure to
rip out their Black ops files and refused to give them up and then burned his own hardrive when they
went after his dad. He hated the man, but he wouldn't take an insult from some pencil pusher with
a double digit IQ.

For Inmates: All noncon and extreme is allowed for Francis, just don't remove anything form his body and
do not do foot play, sorry just a big nono here lol.

If inmate, brief description of crime: Breaking and entering, lewd conduct, assault of a police officer...Long story short, William had a habit of seeking out beautiful women and hiding in their homes, merely to watch them as no violence was ever perpetrated until that night when he chose the wrong target, a female police officer and made the fateful mistake which has him now on his way to Serse

Personality: Though his defense attorneys tried to claim William was merely a victim of today's pop culture, he truly is an obsessive romantic, often times seeing a 'pretty', as he tends to call them, and having an entire romance run through his mind involving them, though in actually speaking to them he can be quite shy.  Once he sets his sights on a woman, his fantasies often progress to the point where he would break into their homes and wait for them, though most never knew he was there as he'd content himself in watching them undress, sometimes even staying long enough to watch them sleep.  No violence or rape was ever reported but William did develop a habit of taking small trophies, lockets and the like, with little material value though he'd sometimes confess to being able to still smell his chosen one's scent long afterward.  This has also led to a proficiency in lock picking.

Background: William was born to upper class parents who to this day profess to love him dearly, but, while that may be true,  he also grew up watching their marriage turn more into a business partnership than anything resembling romance.  That is what first drove him into his books and his movies, deeper down the rabbit hole toward ideals that were impossible in reality.  He has developed a true poet's soul, though his hand has no talent for it, another frustration in his life as his best attempts continually fell flat.  He likely could have continued his fantasy life undetected but something within him kept pushing him further out onto that ledge, seeking more danger with every 'pretty' until finally he caught sight of that beautiful police detective.  She was so much like what he had spent so many hours watching on television, and there she was in the flesh.  He was drawn like a moth to a flame that night, finding himself hiding in her closet as she began to undress.  Then his body betrayed him with a single uncontrollable sneeze.  He had cornered himself and, as she pulled the door open to reveal him, his fight or flight response kicked in, though in the oddest of ways as he actually attempted to bite her naked breast.  William, never much of a fighter, was quickly subdued, his left arm broken in the process though nearly healed by now.  After that William confessed to his crimes, returning all his stolen trophies to their rightful owners.  The courts and his parents then came to an agreement wherein he would be sent away to Serse, as remote and isolated from undue influences as they could envision.  The hope is as well that William can be taught proper manners before his fantasies can lead him any further down the dark path toward violence.

For Inmates : I am open to all forms of Non con and extreme (I have not played much of them at all, interested to see how things go) as long as it remains hetero

What is so funny about all this, I only picked him because of his chartacter off criminal minds. I pick him for his skill with speach and who people will think of when i play my character, yet everyone says he is hot. I am male!!! and STraight! I didn't look for that kind of picture!!! ROFL.

Personality: Father Adams  is a strict disciplinarian, spare the rod, spoil the girl, and no one likes a spoiled girl, or so he would say.  He has few very unorthodox views on how best to create a model servant, many of which dated back to the old testament ways of 19th century penitentiaries.  He does his best to rule over his patients with an iron will, punishments for the slightest missteps as he truly believes in breaking down the subject before he can reform her in her grandest image

Background:  After unsubstantiated rumors of Father Malcolm's indulgences with a few of his female paritioners led to his stepping away from the altar, he took up the calling of reformation, of setting wicked females onto the proper path, one which would lead them to better serve mankind, or more specifically, man.  He is in process of developing a system of punishment and psychological breakthrough incorporating each subject's deepest fears in training.  Somewhat to that end, Father Adams always keeps a large tarantula in a clear glass case on his desk next to a plaque which reads 'Spare the rod, spoil the girl...and God hates spoiled girls!"

Personality:Has the "I'm better than everyone, and who gives a fuck" attitude. Thinks she's untouchable. 

Background: Heard of the Movie "Fast and Furious"? Talia lived that life. Spoiled brat that got whatever she wanted from daddy. He overcompensated  for Talia not having a mother. She asked for it, he gave her the world. Little did daddy know, Talia had a little side business on her own, she dealt pot to the locals that were part of the "racing scene." They'd all get high, then go and race each other, ripping up the road. Talia wrecked a few cars racing, but her need for speed didn't stop there. She would get clocked at nearly 110 on the open road. The courts were tired of seeing her, especially after she tried to buy a judge off. That gave her a ticket straight for Serse. 

For Inmates: what would you like to see happen to your character: Make her straighten up and fly right. Up for anything, punish her as you see fit and make her a model citizen, so to speak.
