Seeking Male for Romantic Boss X Employee role

He was a famous Italian chef, opening his own branch of fine dining restaurants.  He is normally on the road for a good portion of the year so he goes months without physically being at his home restaurant which was his first and was stationed near his home in San Diego.

My idea for this story is basically he returns home and encounters an employee who kniws what they are doing but yet she is a mystery to him.  After working together for a short amount of time they find they have a good bit in common.  We can elaborate on the idea more and make it unique.  Just pm me if you are interested.
