I have a picture I would love to put up but the computer always tells me it is too large or not an avatar. Could anyone tell me measurements or the size of a good avatar? Thanks!

171 Height x 135 Width

You can get away with 150x200 pixels, but you may get a teeny bit of horizontal scrolling. Mine (this one) is 145x200.

The file format may be an issue as well.

Ok thank you, I couldn't find the measurments so it's gonna be awesome to have my other pictures up now.  :-) I'm doing it jpg and uh.... forgot the other one >_<

Yes, I had been using jpg for all my other attempts. Thanks =] I finally got one up
