Friend needs help

I have a friend who was changing his email, and he inputted the wrong info. So now he can't log into E at all. What can he do? He's sent in two emails with no replies.

Okay, then he just needs to be patient. Whoever he sent an email, certainly will take care of it. :-)

He sent in an email over the summer, and still hasn't heard anything back in regards to it

If he sent it that long ago and didn't receive an answer, he should send another email to the staffer of his choice.
