Safe House, looking for female

An older semi-retired spy is given a Safe House to run as his last assignment before he retires for good.  It is an easy job for him that keeps him out of trouble, but then he is sent a young, 19 year old girl who has sold secrets to the CIA in exchange for asylum from her country.  The orders are to keep her in Safe House until a more suitable place and identity can be found for her.  She is not into the idea of being locked away, and wants him to take her out and show her a good time.  She uses everything she can think of to try and convince him.

The story can go in a number of directions.  I am also open to discussing where she is from and her motivations.
