Had some merits on a previous iteration of the character, wanted to make sure they were OK here:

Merit: Concentration 1 pt
Merit: Ability Aptitude (technology) 1 pt
Merit: Code of Honor (pulp hero) 2 points (Protect the innocent, don't torture people or execute the helpless, do good for its own sake, etc)
