What if it wasn't the Wicked Witch of the East's ruby slippers Dorothy donned, but the witch's girdle of mysterious magic? What if the Wicked Witch of West, no less wicked but supremely more alluring, sought not revenge so much as getting into the insolent tart's panties instead?
