All right, guys, here we go. I'm looking for three players to do this with me. Cross-gender roleplaying is not an issue. You play who you want to play. Below I'll add the premise and the characters involved. It seems like a lot of reading, but it really isn't.

The Premise (Dramatic Reverb)
Two American journalists are assigned by their boss in 1941 to enter Germany and write a story on the Nazis. It is meant to be yellow journalism, a fake story to make them look even more like scoundrels. But the female, as always, is determined to get the truth. They set up camp in the home of a soldier on leave and his war bride. They are rather well-off because of the family money, so there is quite enough room for the journalists to have some peace while they write.

As they continue to live in the house, they discover the inner workings of their relationship and what a German household of the time is like. The two journalists being the people they are, decide to interview the two of them before Alaric goes back to the front. What kind of article will it turn out to be, if not yellow journalism?

The Characters (Another Dramatic Reverb)
Alaric Lämmermeier (My Character) - He is a 6'7" (just under two meters) man of intimidating stature. A young boy made a man shortly before the war, he has known little other than violence. His light blond hair and strikingly ice blue eyes are that of a stereotypical Aryan, though he would be quick to tell you those aren't the only features of the master race. He is a victim of the "war bride" dash that always seems to happen before battles. She is no doubt attractive to him, but being the man he is, he has barely shown a hint of affection beyond wearing the ring itself.

At this point in the war, he is a decorated soldier of the Eastern Front and has already been presented the Knight's Cross with a number of its various other decorations. He does not boast about his achievements, but he is undoubtedly proud of them. He is 21 years of age.

Anneliese Lämmermeier - I'd like her to also be a stereotypical Aryan, but this is not entirely necessary. She's a strong woman, perhaps to a fault, but sometimes she knows when to back down. It wouldn't be entirely uncommon for her to pick a fight with him, though never in front of company. She has a strong sense of honor due to her family background, though that isn't to say she's entirely honorable herself. I'd like her to be slightly younger than Alaric.

Constance Rutherford - Another strong woman, though more independent than Anneliese. She is married to an American naval officer and has been for a few years. Unlike the German couple, she is happily so. However, that doesn't mean she'll remain entirely faithful. Whether she does or not and who she chooses to be so with is up to the player. She is more focused on seeking truth in her articles than doing what she is told by her boss.

Richard Schoenstein - This is Constance's accomplice acting as her interpreter and editor. He is a man born to German immigrants with also some Dutch background. He is a natural linguist and is fluent in German, Dutch, French, and English. He is not a National Socialist by any means, but he is however sympathetic to the German cause. Richard would be preferred in his perhaps early thirties and unmarried, though the player can choose to make him how he/she likes.

Hmm, that sounds like it would be fun.  I've never done a WWII game before, but I'd be willing to try.  I don't know if you've had any offers yet, but I wouldn't mind playing Anneliese if you're cool with that.  Let me know!   ;D

Looks like we only need two people now! If you're at all interested, drop me a line or reply in this thread.

All right, I guess we have everyone. I'll set up the thread and if any of you have questions, just PM me. I'll also contact you every so often to see you have a direction for your character and so on.
