Issues with "Show New replies to your posts"

Everything else on the site is working and loading just fine but when I go to try and load that page it will try to load for minutes and then never go anywhere. Is this happening for anyone else?

It loaded in a few seconds for me.  But sometimes threads will load slowly and other times they load pretty fast for me.  I'm not sure what causes it.
