Moon River Springs is a little town that is timewise located in the 1950s. Its exact location is unknown and it can not be found on any maps. Life in Moon River Springs is placid and tranquil in a way as time seems to stand still here.
The attentive observer would soon recognize a number of other peculiarities that made Moon River Springs unique among the other towns of the country only if there would leak any information about this community to the outside. But as a matter of fact, nobody across the country seemed to ever have heard about this town. Yes it has a railway station and there are a number of country roads leading into and out of the town. But everyone who ever arrived in Moon River Springs, was never able to leave. Using a car or any other vehicle to leave the town will result in endless drives on abandoned roads through endless corn and wheat fields only to end back in Moon River Springs and all signposts one may find on her way will only point back to the little town. Trying to leave by train is also to no avail as sooner or later the passengers will fall asleep in the carriage only to wake up again, when the train enters Moon River Springs station again. Not that this would bother any of the citizens. They all seem to be completely happy, staying in their little universe, have a family picknick on weekends or Labour Day at the bank of the nearby river, go to church on Sunday and lead their lives during the week.

In short Moon River Springs is bewitched in more than one way and being able to find it, visit it but then never be able to leave is only one aspect of it.
One of the more obvious peculiarities of Moon River Springs is the fact that its citizens are all female. Adults of all ages and girls, toddlers and babies as you would expect in any community but they are all women and girls. Nobody seems to bother about the fact that married couples are two women and families comprise of two moms and their daughters. Yes, this is an entirely lesbian world.
New arrivals always come by train and only seem to have a very blurry recollection of how they arrived in Moon River Springs. It seems that it only happens to women, girls or mothers with daughters. They all report that they have embarked on a train in their home town bound for whatever destination. They fell asleep during the journey only to wake up when the train stopped at Moon River Springs station and felt an irresistible urge to leave the train.

Moon River Springs is an environment to set the scene for a play in an all-lesbian community with slice of life, lots of romance, family life, religious and all other aspects of daily life (including orientation play). Given the prudish surface of this little community, expect a mix of sexual and nonsexual role play. This is meant to be story driven with elements of sexuality and not the other way round.
Details like rules and habits of this peculiar society can be discussed and brainstormed about in a world-building process which should be at the beginning of every long-term play. I also should mention that such a complex environment calls for a long-term play involving also multiple NPCs.
There is even an adaption of the Christian religion to the style of Moon River Springs - if you feel offended by this for religious reasons, please move on.

I agree that some of the details are quite kinky and everything is open for discussion, refinement or even new and additional ideas (as long as they will not completely destroy the overall concept).
