We just completed our first mission but I'm looking for new players. Everybody has the same rank so you are on the ground floor in that sense.
We have a variaty of alien races and I welcome more.

Space patrol is a military science fiction story set in the year 2107.

The Union, a multi species federation, is the most powerful nation in Known space but five other powerful Nations exist and the distances between them are huge.
The Patrol Cruiser Boston has been sent to the distant Rigal cluster to protect Union interests and counter the mounting power of the expansionest Yolandian Empire and the Genocidal Malixoids.
In addition there are the warlord and Pirates of Orion and the meddlesome and crafty Cainians.
The characters are all members of the elite  Strike force Tiger.
Each member of the team is cross trained as both a pilot and and a commando. Many will have an additional 'specialist' skill.
The team will perform military missions sent down from 'on high'.
Higher officers will be all NPC's and for the most part play a minor role in our story.
Recruiters from the Boston are present and ready to take volenteers for this hazardous mission.

I wrote to Lilac with some questions but I may just use an old board I have used for assembly of material for this board. You are all welcome to look though I reconfigure it when we get a new board...or just use this site.

Question - you mention other specialities... Is this more of a 'air force' type unit? Or are there ground missions?

There will be ground missions as well, it is like a seal team, we have pilots, medical, commandos and anything else you think we might need. It is a multitask unit designed to handle ANY possible situation so the more diverse the better.

Hello everyone!
I talked with Lilac and we agreed to use an old board of mine Champions of Justice as the home of Space Patrol. Lilac will move it from Achieves and we will rename to include Space Patrol.

I've asked GamerJunkie to handle Character formation so send your character ideas to her for discussion and approval.
The game will be Freeform though we have devised a KISS game system as a fall back.
I will be handling plotting, story telling and calling actions.

we would like to see a posting rate of 3 to 4 times a week but of course we know real life has it priorities, we post weekends, tues, and thursday nights.

We are just finioshing ourt first adventure so new characters can start fresh in the second episode.
