A Buffy and American Horror Story Interest Check

So, there are two ideas I wanted to put out feelers for-

1. Is based on Buffy. I've seen the Slayer bit done quite a bit, so I was thinking about focusing either on the Watchers or some non-slayer characters and how they deal with some of the crazy things that happen in town.
   While I definitely appreciate the love we can all have for our favorite characters, I'm going to ask that we try and limit canon characters- I'm going to say no more than 3?
 

  2. Is based on the first season of American Horror Story. I just finished rewatching it and I looovved the concept of all these ghosts interacting on a property that they were stuck in.
  We can also have few living people too!

    This are just ideas I'd had, and they aren't really fleshed out yet- I wanted to get these out to gauge interest first.
