Idea #1

Female celebrity gets sexually addicted to criminal.  A chance meeting between a celebrity and a thief leads to a one-night stand.  The sex is incredibly decadent and is the opposite of her good girl image, but she can't stop seeing him.  She begins to create secret rendezvous to meet up with him.  I am open to where it goes from here.

Idea #2

Step-sister and step brother.  Step brother returns home after failing college.  Step sister is having trouble getting guys interested in her and wants him to teach her things about sex.  This can also go in a number of directions, like he gets jealous cause she starts seeing other guys etc...
