I'm new and I have a few questions.

Hi, I'm Dani and if you would be patient with me, I have a few questions I need answered. Thanks. :D

1. When I try to submit a new topic for a roleplay, I don't see an icon. Do I have to be a member for a certain amount of hours
before I can start roleplaying?

2. I have no idea how to submit an image for my avatar. x.x

And that's really all the questions I have right now. If someone could help me I'd really appreciate it. c;
