Seeking creative female for space romance / fantasy

Futuristic space travel scene.  Argo was soldier who fought in space war over mining rights to very lucrative moon off a gaseous planet.  He and his ship were lost in space and crashed on a comet that carried him far away.  It took him several years to repair his ship and now he must find his way home.  He happens on a forgotten colony on a distant uncharted planet, where he tries to gather supplies to equip his ship for the long journey home, but he meets a woman there who is been badly abused and used by certain inhabitants of this colony.  She comes to him desperately wanting him to help her escape.  Will he risk escaping with her and still manage to get what he needs from the colony to return home.  I am very open to this one and looking for someone to help shape the plot.  I am also hoping for a long-term thing here.
