She's the last of the coven, hiding in the catacombs of the ruins of one of her family's cliff-side monasteries.  Ten years ago, when she was but a little girl, they came and destroyed her way of life, knocking the monastery down to it's foundation, slaughtering everyone they found......or so they thought.  There she lived, in the secret cave systems under the monastery, the days and nights melding into one time, surviving out of fear that they would come again.  Now, almost ten years later, having lived off the remains of the garden and hiding from the world, she meets an injured man, dressed in fine garb tainted in blood, carrying a beautifully crafted blade, who had collapsed just inside the ruins of her destroyed home.  Little does she know that the same people who scarred her way of life have taken over the kingdom in a long war that has claimed the lives of thousands.  Can a young, inexperienced sorceress and a warrior prince who barely escaped with his life survive and lead a revolution to save the kingdom, extract her revenge, and reclaim his honor?
