I use Newgrounds for my games... but Armor Games makes (or at least hosts) a lot of surprisingly good quality flash games.

God..there's an old flash game that I can't think of...You play as a tank, roaming around a 3D city...you can be one of four tanks, a small, medium, large, and extra large versions....

The small one is fast
Medium is well..medium
Large has more weapons but moves slower
Extra Large has less Weapons than large, but comes with a function to drop unlimited land mines. o-o
