I've noticed that there are some thread links that have a little lock icon next to them. What does that mean?
This doesn't have to end in a fight, Buck.
It always ends in a fight.
You pulled me from the river. Why?
I don't know.

It means that the linked URL is HTTPS. :)

Yup! You'll notice that by contrast, non-HTTPS links (that is, just ones with HTTP://) show up as a little box with an arrow pointing to the upper right.

Yeah. I did notice that. I noticed the lock was used less often, so I was like "What is that??" lol
