It was a harsh, empty planet. Absolutely nothing of interest was here, just endless desert, always under the cover of a constant sand storm and with very little light. Any human being left here would die. That is why Butcher Bay was built here. The toughest prison in the galaxy. No one has ever escaped, and even if they did, they would die in the harsh sands. But the place has gone to hell. Its run down, falling apart, and it seems that the prison can only contain its inmates, but not control them. Rules are bent and loop holes exploited, alliances between gangs and prison guards formed. Its the worst, most corrupt prison ever. And you've just been shipped there.

Yes, I did kind of rip the idea, name and all, from the Riddick movies and game :) I can at least be an honest copyright infringer. The idea is that there is no central anti hero, but follows a group of woman who have been sent here for various reasons. Yeah, its a womens prison, but the guards can be men or women.

We'll keep it freeform, and theres positions for inmates, guards and maybe the abbot if anyone is interested, though its not important. The place is a Max Security prison, and a lot of the rules and regulations have long since been forgotten or twisted, weaponry like shivs and illicit drugs are all accessable through various means, guards are perceptive to bribes, and you may just bge able to stage a prison break and get a ship out of there.

While all this is going on under the surface, almost everywhere is under constant surveilance, and violence, illegal trade or the like will result in the automated security systems killing you on sight. No doubt there are ways around this. The guards may lower the system if you need to settle something with fists, and you could even find a way to sabotage it. No cameras means it never happened.

Anyone interested?

So... wanna make a shiv from a cigarette filter Muse? Or something equally as prison-style-resourcful.

Frankly, I think Riddick had the right idea with tea cups.

How do you want to work this, Sabbat?  Will you play the NPCs?  For example, if I wanted to play a prison guard, extorting favors from his favorite girls, and taking advantage of a few others, would there be narative time and effort available for those story lines?

NPC's gotta have someone to control them :) basically, everyone will have they're character, and I'll do what I usually do and just take on a bunch of characters, with a few being obviously central and the rest just NPC's and such.

A guard is fine :) just remember, your not the unquestioned authority here. Anything happens to the cameras, and theres nothing stopping a brick to the back of the head.

Hmm, I like this idea too.

I'll sign up as a prisoner should you get this off the ground.
