A Bucks County mother is in police custody after faking a frightening abduction and fleeing to Florida.

Bonnie Ann Sweeten, 38, and her 9-year-old daughter Julia Rakoczy were tracked to the Grand Floridian Hotel in Disney World Wednesday evening.

Authorities spent over 24 hours piecing together a bizarre hoax that began with several 911 calls from Sweeten Tuesday afternoon, saying she was being held captive with her daughter in the trunk of a car.
