Backgroun: Megumi is shy and retiring, in her second year of highschool, she has proven that she is a wallflower and doesn't speak much. She can however, sing like an angel, she can become an entirely different person when she is given a mic, she doesn't like to be pushed into things but is loyal and devoted to her friends.

Character Name: Yoshino ( Shino) Madarame
Character age: 18

Shino is a pretty typical third year student, her uniform has no additional frills aside from an ankle bracelet on her right leg and a gold choker around her neck. She keeps an mp3 player clipped to her skirt and she has at least one of her headphones in at all times. She like to paint her nails in various shades of blue, and she often devises patterns for them. Her light violet hair is often kept short, yet long enough to cover the left side of her face. The tips of her hair are often died a vibrant blue. On her days off, she wears simple clothes that accentuate her unique style.
Weapon: spear
Background: Shino is a senior at Miyagi Highschool in Hamanatsu Japan. She's what one might call a gregarious introvert, really shy and not sure how to approach people she doesn't know, but really outgoing with the people she knows well. She's the kind of young woman who puts others first. As a result, she has a tendency to throw herself headlong into situations to protect her friends regardless of personal danger. However, she hides scars both mental and physical from her past. What could have happened to this young woman 6 years ago?
Persona: Brunhildr (strength) (strong vs. wind, weak vs. Fire)
The appearance of Brunhildr when summoned by Yoshino is that of a beautiful, blonde haired woman clad in Norse style armor wielding an elaborate spear. Curiously, her persona has an eyepatch on her left eye.
Persona abilities: garu, skewer, dia.

Saikotsu - are you going to have TWO weapons? I really wanted to be the hand to hand combat person in this game, if possible. Would you be willing to stick with the spear? (Having one style of fighting is cannon - well, sometimes plus guns, too...)

Character Name: Nicholas Hideyoshi

Character age: 16

Gender: His sex is male and - hey! Look at that! His gender identity is pretty much male, too!

Pic or description: Standing at 5'11, he towers over most of his classmates - but being an American/Japanese crossbreed might do that to you. He's blue-eyed and fair-skinned and his blond hair lays shaggy around his boyish face.

Weapon: Just his fists, baby. (And his feet, too!) - Nick's a kickboxing fanatic.

Background: The product of a dysfunctional family, Nick's unmarried parents had him at a young age. His mother was a foreign exchange student from Japan, stationed in Chicago and his father was an aggressive Italian. After his mom was sent to the hospital from one too many physical exchanges, she left the country and took Nick back to Japan at the age of 13. He was brought up bilingual and takes to Japanese culture quite easily, considering how popular it was in the States. He's an Anime fan and enjoys modern music, martial arts and cosplay.

I'm probably going to change Yoshino a bit anyway, so yes, you can be the unarmed specialist. Keep in mind, Persona 3's male protagonist (you can be female in the portable version) could wield multiple types, but only one at a time.

Yeah... Well, I suppose, if you're going to be playing the game's protagonist then that would make sense. (Since the flexibility was meant to suit the player.) But I thought we weren't going to have a wildcard?

I was just commenting that there is a canon character who wields more than one. A single spear makes more sense for her anyway.

Background: Kylar has recently transferred from the US due to his father getting a job in Hamanatsu. New to the area he doesn't yet have any friends. With his father working a lot Kylar has lots of time to himself, but almost always has some extra money to spend. Personality will be revealed in rp.

Amir as the Vigilante Panther-Man

Weapon: Sports balls(Like Wakka)

Background: Amir, a foreign exchange student from a hard to pronounce country came to Japan on a football(soccer) sponsorship to someday play as  a prospect in the professional leagues. He has been described by many as a rising phenom in the soccer world, similar to a Freddy Adu. His rank in the world amateur leagues is currently 3rd in the world. His position is forward and he plays for Gekkoukan High. Not much is known about him due to his secretive somewhat introverted personality, but he seems to have come in contact  at some point with  the regime of militant war criminal and child slaver, Joseph Bony. Although the length and extent of his involvement with the rebel faction  was purged from the countries records.

He seems to be at least somewhat fluent in Japanese, although his writing is better than his speech. Luckily, he was one of the few child soldiers who managed to be taken in by the state when the rebel leader fled the country. Soccer became his outlet and he showed a remarkable aptitude in the sport which lead to his acceptance into an international soccer program for youths from underprivileged backgrounds. He doesn't seem to display any observable traits of PTSD from his former history in the militia. His psychological evaluators described his personality as unusually level-headed and mature for someone of his age and circumstance. It should be noted that Amir suffers from a bit of dual-personality disorder, his alternate personality manifesting into that of a superhero named Panther-Man who's taken an interest in the missing persons case.

Character Name: Suo Saika

Gender: Male
Pic or description: Thin, yet wiry, he has black hair, which is kept short, and which occasionally sports red streaks (or a singular streak). His eyes are the color of milk chocolate.  He is five feet, ten inches tall. He has thick, powerfully built legs.
Weapon: Kendo sword
Background: He was adopted by his uncle, a Buddhist monk, after his parents were killed in a car accident. While he tends to be respectful of his uncles beliefs, and has had his own personality and way of thinking shaped and influenced by traditional Buddhist beliefs, he rarely follows the tenets.  While one may think this would put him at odds with his uncle, the uncle is alright with it; everybody has their own path to walk, after all, and perhaps Suo's path does not involve the temple.

Suo does a lot to help his aging uncle maintain the ground around the Temple which his uncle is in charge of, and the some times heavy and tiring work has resulted in Suo staying in shape.

He takes Kendo at the school, where he is known as the best in his class. He hopes to eventually compete regionally, and nationally.

Persona: Ronin:
Ronin is a strong physical combatant Persona. He resists physical attacks, nulls status ailments, but is weak to both light and dark magic.

Endure: Survives one fatal attack with 1HP once per battle.
Arms Master: Halves HP cost for attack skills.
Power Charge: The next physical attack will do 2.5x damage.

Young with fiery red hair that matches his personality.

Background: A hot tempered young man who was recently kicked out of the track team for getting into a fist fight with another member. He's quick to anger, and spends most of his time finding new and better ways to vent, maybe this new game that everyone is talking about is just the ticket?

Persona: Berserker (Chariot)

Background: Chiasa's family is quite well off and rather traditional. Chiasa herself is a bright girl, but is also very tired of her parents old-fashioned ways, so she cultivates a very unique personality. She tends towards goth-style clothes, even adding elements to her school uniform. She has also worked to make herself very outgoing, and peppers her speech with foul language for shock value. She continues to make good grades, but rarely puts forth any obvious effort in classes, and comes off as rather lazy and smart mouthed to her teachers.
Persona: Ti Malice
Persona abilities:
- Tentafoo: cause confusion in all enemies
- Ailment boost: makes enemies more susceptible to status attacks
- Rakunda: lower one enemy's defense for 3 turns

Character Name: Ai Ninamori
Character age: 17
Gender:  female
Pic or description:
Ai Ninamori is truly of mixed descent. With a Korean/Chinese mother and a Japanese/Vietnamese father, she has a broad mixture of Asian features. She wears the Miyagi High uniform without any additional adornments, and keeps her long, black hair tied in a ponytail with a blue ribbon. Though she has been encouraged by others to wear contacts, she prefers her glasses. Though they make her look a little dorky, she actually feels more confident about herself when she wears them. She's a little bit on the short side at 4 feet tall exactly, something she is slightly insecure about.     

Weapon: Yard Stick
Background: As the daughter of a city councilman, her every action is scrutinized from what she wears to who she hangs out with. Her choice of friends in particular is a major issue with her dad. She tends toward the perky/upbeat side of the spectrum and she is a tried and true optimist.  No matter what, she tries to stay positive and do what she can to improve any situation, be it good or bad.

Weapon: Gold Tennis Racket.

Background/Personality: Mieko is outgoing, and she loves school being acedemically gifted.  She started off her first year as a shy soft spoken girl who would blush with embarrassment when called on , or asked to speak infront of her peers. Having very little friends and it made her sad. Mieko was lonely. Anyone she ever tried to get close to would abandon her suddenly, making her feel like she wasn't special enough to even fit in. Thinking she was. weird, always having her nose in a book , a bit of a oddball.  Even a little clumsy and accident proned. But her confidence blossomed as she finally came out of her shell as she started attending Drama Classes. It was a escape for her, being able to become any character she wanted and she was around people who she felt comfortable around and people begain to understand her, finally feeling confident. She is imaginative, creative, loves to cook (even though her creations can be amazing, some have been known to be horrible @.@! Especially when she experiments and makes new things.) Her favorite sport to play is tennis . She loves video games and going online, always playing around on her laptop.  She dreams of one day meeting someone she could become close with. Bond with someone and have a deep friendship. Although Meiko seems stable she has some anger issues, mixed thoughts and feelings. She can come off as a nerdy bookworm, but deep down Meiko is very seductive and has a very strong side to herself that she hides and doesn't fully understand. More will be revealed through rp.
