Question regarding world-building universe and where to post

I am going to start and post details about a universe me and another player have created and worked on off-site. We want to include details about the universe, stories and roleplays set in it.

I am wanting to know in which forum I can post information about the universe, as ideally it would be on more than one thread. Would it be best in the world-building forum, or as an OOC thread(s) in the Extreme Groups forum?
