Hi folks, I earlier made big recruitment for Boku no Hero academia game in here, but now months most of the recruited cast had disappeared and now few players remain loyal to the game.

Now adding new hero students to the custom made academy would be hard to do (albeit open for players run staff members or older students there), but this recruit thread is for villains of Boku no Hero academia universe.

Now as same with players so far everyone clicks here for random superpower which is transformed into quirk and then decide is it emitter, transformation/composite or mutation. Emitter is on/off switch rapidly have power on or off, transformation demands moment to transform and able use power of the quirk and mutation is permanent active power (and comes with strange appearances like frog girl, fox girls etc).

Now to remind you (and also explain some my homebrewing I have done for setting) in society using quirk is illegal unless you use it save your own or other life in emergency. You cannot make profit with it, abuse it, cheat with it or make simple life easier with it. Most people who freely use quirks in their homes are not monitored (so long it does not affect anyone else besides themselves but it does not stop moms using time stop quirk or speedy quirks to make quickly lunches for children who are about get late from school). Overall though using quirks in public is big No-No issue; meaning even if your quirk is merely flight you cannot fly in public and 'ignore traffic' as pizza delivery guy.

To get any 'business' with quirk means going to super hero academy (and most cases become super hero), but some come heroes for sake of profiting from their quirk (but there is certain minimum heroic activity needed to upkeep the license).

Also albeit 99% time villains are merely people who want abuse their quirks to get quick buck, revenge or sense of propaganda or entitlement to use it despite the law, there are quirkless criminals as well. Albeit their seriously underdog unless they are white collar criminals or rich backgrounded with gadgets and such. So yes, you can make quirkless villain concept albeit gene for quirkless state is disappearing.

Anyways in the game both heroes and villains get spotlight, villains will get opening post to introduce them, get spotlight moment where they thrash and cause havoc (and beat some NPC heroes) and then game turns more PvP oriented. But all fight scenes between heroes and villains need agree (before writing) the end result of the fight. We do not use system; merely roleplay out what happens between hero and villain (including hero's escape or villain's escape or redemption plots if any).

Anyways pay close attention for motive why your char is criminal; doing for cash? Doing for revenge? Want deliver semi-idealogy/philosophy like Hero Killer Stain? A fanboy of established criminal in canon? Coming from criminal family and follow tradition? Or just guy out of meds (or having too much meds)?

Anywyas if random superpower you get is really not functional, too OP or too difficult to make into quirk you can click again. But in case of OP powers we can nerf them (example unlimited time travel could limited to specific hour of the day instead being unlimited in distance scope but is unlimited inside the given hour example).

Name/Alias: Mio Hojo/Million Death Reaper
18/Female/Japanese
Description of Villain Outfit/If any: archer's outfit

Personality: Mio for the most part comes off as a sweet, soft spoken, and even timid young woman. This seemingly meek persona would obviously come off as odd for a supposed super villain, but despite appearing week willed Mio is actually very determined when she puts her mind to something, and will give her all to accomplish her goals, even if that goal is to be a criminal. If need be she is capable of being very shrewd and calculating, and is deceptively good at reading and manipulating people, even to the point of using her usual timid nature as an advantage, knowing heroes will be less likely to go all out against her if they think she's harmless. And when she gets pushed especially far she can even display a ruthless and maniacal side, usually manifesting in bursts of anger and violence that completely betray her more demure exterior. However while most would think this was her "true colors" or some kind of split personality bubbling to the surface, in truth even this is actually just an act, a "brave face" she puts on to push herself to be a better villain, and in reality she doesn't really harbor any violent desires or malicious intent.

Quirk: Trick Arrows (Emitter)- Mio is capable of harnessing and crystallizing energy into the form of arrowheads that produce a variety of effects on impact. To utilize this ability she carries headless arrow shafts in her quiver and forms the head on each individual arrow as she draws it, allowing maximum versatility and mitigating the chance of having her own arrows used against her (once created anyone could feasibly use them).
Varieties of arrows she can currently create include:
Blast: basic offensive arrows that explode in a blast of energy on impact
Shatter: arrowheads that break apart into shards of shrapnel upon impact, cutting and stabbing into those caught in it's radius like a frag grenade
Pack-a-punch: blunt arrows that hit with incredible force on impact, enough to smash stone or concrete
Rebound: arrows that will bounce off of surfaces and continue flying until they hit a fleshy target or are knocked out of the air
Rope: arrows that will materialize a length of rope behind itself as it flies, connecting back to Mio's hand
Cupid: her unique form of "non-lethal" arrows, when struck a target is pumped full of a powerful aphrodisiac and adrenaline booster, filling them with an intense urge to seek out the object of their desires and have sex with them at any cost, even to the point of using force. Those with a strong will can resist this urge, but this causes an incredible strain on both the mind and body, with relief coming only through sexual release or waiting out the toxin's effect (usually upwards of ten minutes for a single arrow).
Elemental: arrows imbued with either water, fire, or electricity, releasing a small "burst" of the respective element on impact. Can be used to douse fires, start fires, or administer stunning shocks. Though while versatile for utility reasons, the magnitude of these arrows pale in comparison to a proper quirk of the equivalent element

PC's casual Ons: singing, practicing archery, hunting/camping, sweets, cheesy B movies, the beach
PC's casual Offs: team sports, bitter drinks, lying, hand to hand fighting
PC's sexual Ons: pansexual, oral of all kinds (including rimming), anal, group, gang-bang, rough, outdoor, light bondage (no pain emphasis), pet-play, food play, cum play, large cocks, non-con, curvy/well endowed characters, thighs, moderate corruption/degradation.
PC's sexual Offs:heavy bondage, excessively mean doms (unless part of a larger character-arc), orgasm denial, feet, blood, guro, scat.

Background: Mio is the daughter of Kana Hojo, better known as the villainous assassin Queen Sniper. Mio's mother is infamous among various criminal and government factions as an assassin for hire who will take any job no matter how gruesome, with a success rate of 96%, only a small handful of targets ever managing to escape her. While Queen Sniper never fully retired, and still takes jobs from time to time to this very day, she did slow down somewhat when she met her husband, an every day salary man who accepted her even after finding out about her dark secret life. The two would eventually get married and settle down to start a family, her mother going on hiatus from assassin work for a few years to focus on raising Mio. She had even for a time considered giving the life up completely, and live a normal, quiet life with her new husband and daughter, but that changed when she saw how quickly Mio had taken to archery, as well as the unique quirk she had developed.

While Mio hadn't inherited much of her mother's quirk, which gave her above human agility and precision marksmanship, she had gotten a variation of her father's quirk: a creation type quirk that he usually just used to create everyday objects. Seeing how uniquely suited her daughter's quirk was at creating weapons, Mio's mother took it as a sign that she was meant to continue her legacy as an assassin and pass that mantle down to her daughter one day. From that point on Kana took to work forging her daughter into a proper killing machine. She had already been giving the girl archery lessons as a hobby, but she would now take this time to drill her in more deadly techniques and skills, using their mother/daughter hunting trips as tests to see how well she could track and kill a target. Of course she had to keep these lessons a secret from her husband, who would certainly not approve of their daughter becoming a killer, let alone finding out that his wife was diving back into a life he thought she had given up, so Kana made Mio swear never to reveal the true nature of their training sessions to anyone.

However while Mio proved to soak up all the physical training her mother threw at her like a sponge, taking naturally to just about every discipline she taught her, Kana could never properly instill her with a killer's edge. While she enjoyed hunting and training with her mother, Mio was never really keen on actually becoming an assassin, and only begrudgingly agreed because she didn't want to disappoint her mom, who seemed so dead set on it. Wanting to toughen the girl up, as well as give her some first hand experience, Mio's mother has started pushing her to become a more public villain, starting with petty crimes and working her way up, even using contacts to get her involved with other villains' schemes. Again not wanting to let her mother down Mio has agreed to go along with this, taking on the name "Million Death Reaper" and pushing herself to be the best villain she can for her mom's sake. Of course despite the ominous name Mio hasn't actually killed a single person yet, and has so far only incapacitated people with nonlethal wounds.

Name/Alias: Asuka Shita / Foreshadow
25 /Male /English-Japanese
Description of Villain Outfit/If any: Tends to wear a blindfold/dark glasses when out and about. Wears a nicely tailored suit with tails, and a top hat when in villain outfit. Tends to wear loose clothes when not in villain clothes. (Pic to follow)

Personality: Pessimistic due to the number of future lines he can see around him at fleeting times, Asuka is a quiet, nervous wreck of a man. He is jumpy due to seeing a number of things happening at once, and yet is incredibly submissive. This is probably due to the fact that when he is under someone's control, he focuses only on them, and his quirk seems to negate completely. A shy, mumbling, almost completely quiet individual who is prone to outbursts of  violence and aggression when his quirk becomes too much for him. He comes across as polite, and yet his words always carry the pessimistic edge of someone who has seen his own end...

Quirk: Lifeline (Energy Perception) -
Asuka can see people's spiritual lifelines. Sadly, he cannot turn off this ability, and is often consumed by the future lines, but blindfolding him does give him the chance to focus on a single lifeline. He cannot read animal lifelines. This includes quirk users who are mistly animal in nature. This quirk enables him to do the following:
DETECT/SEEK - Without much effort, Asuka can follow a person's future and past trail, and can largely avoid surprise attacks.
(Cons: He can only follow a trail that is 48 hours behind or ahead of time. If he wishes to follow a specific line, he must have visually seen the person in real life in order to track them.)
ONE STEP AHEAD - Due to his lifeline sight, he can read attacks easily and step out of the way.
(Cons: He can only dodge attacks he can physically keep up with. He also technically reads one attack per two seconds, so attacks that break this speed are unavoidable.)
SINGLE EVENT - Once a day, he can fully see one hours worth of events in a person's future 24 hours by holding a person's lifeline. He will have full memory if the event. He can still speak when using thus ability, but is unaware of his surroundings.
(Cons: whilst doing this, he is fully immobile and unable to move or see for the hour he is playing out the events. Using this causes incredible migraines afterwards.)
FAR SIGHT - Once a week, he can use a person's lifeline to see five events in a person's future day - even to the date of their death. The day must be a whole month or more in the future, and the five events can be scenes or flashes or even single pictures.
(Cons: As with SINGLE EVENT, he cannot move or see when using this ability. In addition, he cannot speak, and his vision does not return for 24 hours after using the effect.)

PC's casual Ons: Mediation, massages, relaxing music, non-live television (he can't see those lifelines), nature documentaries, animals (he can't read animal lifelines - this includes animalistic quirks), aromatherapy, candles, video games, tea
PC's casual Offs: excessive noise, crowds, loud activities, live-television, coffee
PC's sexual Ons: Masochist, submission, petplay, oral (all kinds), anal, bondage (all kinds), sensory deprivation, non-con, rough, corruption, degradation, verbal abuse, multiple/forced orgasm, blood (light), asphyxiation, teasing, wax play
PC's sexual Offs: guro, scat, vomit, urine, age play, blood (heavy)

Background
Asuka was 5 years old when he predicted his first death.

He told them that his grandmother would die if she stepped off the bus before them that day, but nobody listened until it was too late. Nor did they listen when he blindly cried to his mother about the fact that his grandfather's 'aching chest was more than they were letting on.

However, they did eventually listen when he told them that three children in his junior school would die in seemingly random freak accidents; they certainly refused to get that first flight to Japan due to his fears about his father (something about an allergy?).

Rumour spreads fast. No matter where you try to relocate to. It is hard growing up with a quirk that allows one to see ahead in time. Harder still is the knowledge that such a quirk is not enough to get into a hero course unless you have the physical prowess to back it up. Burdened by a half-English bloodline, a weird accent, and a seemingly 'villainous' quirk, it seemed like the General Studies course was his destiny. It is understandable that people were scared of knowing when they might die, or what misfortune lay around the corner, but he knew he was capable of predicting good things too! Not that anyone cared.

He was 18 when he first met someone with a similar quirk to his. Sir Nighteye was the ideal mentor for him. Things were looking up. Asuka was almost hopeful! Yet, he shouldn't have been. Sir Nighteye feared what he could become and rejected his application. Little did the pro-hero know that this is what would actually lead to his villainous lifestyle.

Petty theft followed by bigger crimes as time went on. This life was easier. You didnt have to justify your powers in that life! It is understandable that Stains ideals sang to him...

Zaer Darkwail

Interesting, a society reject who desired be a hero but because paranoia and lack of physical prowess was rejected from becoming one. Then join villains because Stain and that life does not judge you because of your quirk but rather what your able to do.

Name/Alias: Kozue Hasegawa/The White Witch
Age/Gender/Nationality: 20/Female/Japanese
Villain Outfit: Example
Personality: A rather withdrawn young woman, Kozue doesn't talk much, and even when she does she says as little as possible.  She doesn't like getting close to people, and Pale Witch will often manifest in response to her anxiety if someone persists in pursuing a dialog with her, seeking to ward them off with a flexing of claws and a menacing hiss.  Otherwise she doesn't engage with others unless she absolutely has to.
Quirk: Pale Witch (Aspect Manifestation) - Once called Pale Lady, a beautiful representation of Kozue's hopes and dreams, life and her own self loathing have twisted it into a wretched shadow of its former self.  Possessing a strength and speed beyond that of mortal men, and with hands ending in wickedly sharp, curved claws, the Pale Witch is a deadly combatant, though it cannot stray far from Kazue's side, up to five meters at the most.
PC's casual Ons: Quiet evenings, long walks on the beach, and a good book read by a fire.
PC's casual Offs: Long conversations, pushy, loud people and horror films.
PC's sexual Ons: Same as her player.
PC's sexual Offs: Same as her player.
Background: Kozue killed her first victim at the age of ten.  Oh, it wasn't on purpose, of course, but when you're backed into a corner and your only option to defend yourself is to use your Quirk... well, that's highly illegal, especially when it ends in a death.  Self defense, you say?  It was only her word to say so, and the victim in question was a respected member of the community.  A teacher, in fact.  A teacher with a taste for forcing himself on young girls.  No one wanted to believe such a pillar of society was a child molester, and her reserved nature, combined with the trauma of both his attempt to rape her and his death at her hands, made getting any information out of her difficult.  While not formally charged, rumors of the events surrounding her supposed crime followed her through middle school and into high school, where she would kill a second time.

You see, one of the rumors that followed her was one of... promiscuity.  The fact she'd been ten when the teacher "approached" her didn't seem to matter to those that whispered behind her back about it, and unfortunately, this would lead to more trouble.  One boy saw past the rumors to the lonely, reserved girl beneath, and did his best to befriend her.  This astonished Kozue, considering how popular the boy was, and would serve to make his little fanbase of airheads jealous.  They decided to pull a prank on her, using a note, supposedly written by the boy in question, to lure her out after school where they intended to scare her off, even use violence if words wouldn't suffice.  This would prove to be a poor decision, as while they shoved her back and forth between them, her Quirk manifested in her defense.  The next thing Kozue knew, their ringleader was impaled on the manifested Quirk's claws, and the rest of them were running, screaming for help.  And so, with no other option than to go to jail, Kozue ran.

Kozue has been on the run ever since.  Stealing to survive, hiding out in abandoned and condemned buildings, she's grown to be known as the White Witch, a pale specter that haunts the shadows, with a terrifying figure shadowing her that will kill any who would dare to threaten its master.

Name/Villain Name: Kinzoku Kurogane / Black Iron
Age/Gender/Nationality: 28 / Male / Japanese
Description of Villain Outfit: See image. Doesn't have a specific costume but always wears metal accessories and has many piercings, including metal canines.

Personality: In short, he can be a bastard. He's been able to get away with doing what he wants for so long that he can be incredibly selfish and self-entitled. If he does anything nice for someone, it's because he can and usually to show off. He doesn't get angry easily, but has a few key things that can trigger his temper. He's quick to gather people around him as 'friends' or 'lackeys', and can be quite possessive of the ones around him, but it's hard to actually earn his trust as he knows how cut-throat the Villainous world can be, especially in the line of thief's work he has ended up in.

He likes having people around him, but only if he is the one seemingly in control. He is not a follower, unless he deems it something worthy of his time or it seems interesting enough to try out. Even then he tries to take control of the situation and will rarely listen to instruction. When put into a submissive situation, he'll either fight back or be the biggest brat he can about it.

Quirk: Metal Manipulation
Can manipulate metal within a 50ft radius of him. The stronger or heavier the metal, the harder it is to manipulate. Can manipulate metal that is over 50ft away however it becomes increasingly difficult and unreliable. The easiest way to use his quirk is to touch the metal source.

PC's casual Ons: Coffee, smoking, piercings, trash TV, horror movies, old cartoons, retro video games
PC's casual Offs: Suck-ups, people who are 'too pure', rom-coms, heroes with no visible flaws, UA students and graduates
PC's sexual Ons: Leather bondage, chains, whips, anal, size difference, being a switch, topping from the bottom, possessiveness, bruises, biting, excessive cum, toys
PC's sexual Offs: Gore, excessive blood, toilet play, age play, non-con

Background:
When Kinzoku was younger, people didn't think his quirk was villainous. It was useful in helping people move things, retrieve things, protecting people, and he went through a Hero Course at school with no issues. He wasn't outstanding, but he was within the top percentages and managed to obtain his Hero licence without problem. He was a sidekick to a small-name hero for a number of years before seeming to vanish from the public eye.

He saw how shaky things were and how the Popularity System shifted upon All Might's demise, as well as the rise of UA's Best (aka Class 1-A). He tried to imitate them, become a hero like people said he should be because he could help people. After being in the 'real world' following his graduation, and seeing the true world of Heroes for the first time, he found it hard to keep his ideals and morals as a hero. Some heroes were heroes for fame and fortune and a Brand to sell, and there was a drive for popularity and having an Image. This was emphasised by the fact all the rising stars at the time seemed to come from UA, meaning that lesser known heroes from other schools didn't get nearly as much limelight, as proven by the struggling small-time hero and agency he worked with.

Kinzoku began to lose faith in heroes, instead following a moral gray area of doing what he wanted. Having a Quirk that could manipulate metal was very useful in an time where most things contained some components of metal. He could rob stores by just opening the doors. He started small, with no one noticing, until he just stopped caring about being a hero and did whatever he felt like. It escalated into full criminal activities, until he became an outright Villain.

He doesn't kill people unless necessary, believing it to be too much of a mess to deal with. He's much more like the yakuza/mafia, doing things for his own gain. He doesn't have a devious plan like corrupting everything or taking over the world at all, he just wants to stir things up, have fun, and do what he wants.

Black Iron is his licensed hero name, but he doesn't specifically use it as a villain.

Zaer Darkwail

Interesting candidates :). Can work with these but will wait to weekend do we get more.

So far 4 villains, I can start work with this group albeit hoping 1-2 more myself. I start work on villain's thread in tomorrow.

Sorry for a delay, here is OOC thread (yes, you use same one as heroes do, you need agree how combat comes out between you after all). In OOC is link to charsheet thread, so post your villain chars there. Here is villains main IC thread.
