How do I change my Elliquiy's time zone?

I live in California and the time is currently 350 but the elliquiy clock at the top of my screen (and all of my posts, messages) have times two hours ahead. Is there a way to fix this?

There's an option to change your time setting by going into Profile -> Look and Layout. :)
