* I've included a basic sketch of someone who might play well in a certain scenario, but I'm pretty open to discussion about what all goes on. My plots are very loose sketches and I would much rather edit and tweedle them to make a good story than be stuck to any one particular idea. Interactions between characters will always affect the direction things take. Fluidity is one of the things I like about roleplaying.

Story Style:

I prefer character-driven RP to charting out every single plot point.

Smutty things happen, but I prefer that there's some kind of plot around it.

I greatly prefer slow rp's, character development, building a relationship between our characters. I don't generally play one-shots.

I usually post 3-6 paragraphs. I try to match my partner's posting frequency when possible. Daily posts I try to reply to at least once a day, slower responses, I might take a little more time with.

You can generally reach me by PM, or by IM if I'm online. My Discord is in my signature. I only RP on forums, no PM, no IM. I'm reachable on Discord generally, and I check into the board fairly regularly if you just want to chat.

I usually consider the first 10-15 posts as a trial period to see if a story gels or not. Sometimes you never know until you try. If we get to 10 posts and you're not feeling it no harm no foul, at least we gave it a go. :)

M/F ideas, seeking Male character. On the Diagonal, A Balm in Gilead

On the Diagonal
Seeking: Someone to play Nick Andros OR a male original character. I think a somewhat older than Maggie, possible military or government type would be an interesting fit.
Playing with: Maggie.
Sketch: Essentially, I'd like to play out a storyline based on the world of The Stand, with you playing Nick Andros or a male original character.
Notes: Obviously it helps to have read the book at least once. I'm happy to refresh details, and if the person playing Nick would like, I have some ideas to alter his handicaps throughout the story.

A Balm in Gilead
Seeking: Someone to play a Commander or a male member of the resistance.
Playing with: Undetermined/flexible
Sketch: Ofjohn is the Handmaid to one of the Commanders. I could see either the Commander developing some feelings for her living in close quarters, or a male member of the house staff developing an illicit affair.
Kink Notes: This will probably include breeding elements and possibly some initial dub-con if playing as Handmaid and Commander, but I would like to see it move into the realm of consent.

M/F story ideas. Seeking Female character.

The Wonder Years
Scene 1950's/1960's (either WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War)
Playing with:Ray Feoras
Sketch: Ray didn't know when he left behind his ex to go to war that he'd come home six years later to find a kid with his face. This could be either navigating things with the ex and mother of the kid, or meeting someone new while also trying to take care of a kid, back when that kind of thing was uncommon.
Seeking: F character, either an ex or a new woman in his life.
Kink notes: Pregnancy is a possibility, playing with kink in a time when that wasn't really talked about could also be interesting. Totally open for discussion.

M/M story ideas. Kajir, Americana, Junk

Kajir
Seeking: Male D-type
Playing with: I'd be looking to play the submissive character.
Sketch: I haven't read the Gorean novels, but know enough to find the idea of the kajir / pleasure slave concept interesting. The idea I have is for an AU where dominant or submissive is an intrinsic part of what each person is, and informs their place in society. Submissives tend more toward caring, supportive positions outside of the home, dominants tend to take more aggressive leadership roles. Dominants may own submissives and sell or trade them, or a submissive who is free may offer their services to a dominant and sign a contract to belong to them.  I'm aware that in the books only women are kajira, but in this AU I would think there are male/female/nb dominants and male/female/nb submissives as well, with society divided strongly along Dominant/submissive lines rather than gender. Wealthy D-types may support many submissives, others may have only one, depending on their personal preferences, though multiple submissives in a home is typically a sign of status, provided they reflect well on the master of the house. In the home submissives fall into different categories as well, finding different ways to serve their dominants according to their dominant's and their own personalities.

I'd like to play a character who is trained as a kajir, and serving in a wealthy house as house servant, tending to parties and housework and is becoming generally frustrated after being mismatched with a role that doesn't really fit them. They meet your character while serving at a party at the house, a d-type from a separate prestigious house in the city, and are sulky and poorly behaved.

Kink notes: Obviously this relies heavily on kink, and will probably be smuttier than some other stories. But I'd also like to explore the relationship between the two characters. It may also be considered dub-con, since consent on the part of the submissives is assumed  but may not be explicit, but I'm not interested in playing with a cruel or inhumane d-type.

Almost Famous
Scene: Modern, Hollywood or New York
Playing with: Ray Feoras
Looking for: Male character, to play a movie/music journalist
Sketch: Ray Feoras is a musician with a reputation for drugs and drinking his way through music tours, currently doing a press junket for his first movie. Your character is assigned to interview him. How star-struck your character is is up to you.

Americana
Scene: 1940's-1960's, small town
Playing with: (Flexible)
Sketch: It's a time in the world when being out of the closet simply isn't an option. Maybe your character is married but still has feelings for other men, going through anonymous hookups in bars until meeting someone he can't just walk away from.  Maybe a young man and his wife move to the suburbs and he falls for the gardener. Maybe your character works for the government and faces being fired if he's revealed to be gay. Maybe two characters meet in a 're-education' camp.
Notes: I could go a lot of ways with this (clearly) but mostly I like the time period and taboo-ness of being in the closet, and the push and pull against societal 'norms.' This is the age of the second world war, McCarthyism, integration, the Korean War, MLK, JFK, Vietnam, Rosa Parks, the beginning of the Cold War, atomic testing, threats of communism, nationalism. A lot of deep story fodder to play with, I'm not willing to do a 'fluff' piece.

Seeking: Either an addict in recovery or just an addict.
Playing with:Ray Feoras
Sketch: I just love an addict story. I'd like to play with people trying to reassemble their lives, and probably acting out with each other in the process. I don't have any particular d/s roles for this story, could go either way. Ray as a junkie is a disaster, with little to no self control, which ends him in hot water frequently. Trying to get clean is equally unbalancing because it requires turning on feelings that have been shut off for many years.
