A grounded fantasy: In Discussion
I would like to try a grounded fantasy, one where the world operates on rules that actually hold up. This is a world where the line between the haves and the have not's is huge and separated by the ability to wield magic. Magic is limited in this world in that it takes an enormous amount of work to do and maintain and like our modern world is highly specialized. I would play the affluent male who has newly finished his apprenticeship. You would play a lower classes girl who is about to be taken and captured on a holiday. On this holiday which is once a year the rich and powerful are allowed to go out and capture and enslave those of the lower classes. Maybe you are completely horrified by this idea or maybe you had been trying to catch my eye for a few weeks before the holiday.
