I love Bloodbowl. My gamer buddies and I bought the game a long time ago, and in fact we still have it somewhere. We also got a bunch of the free agent cards in some magazine, they added allot of fun... I'll have to check this site...

I'm a big fan of Bloodbowl, and have used fumbbl before. Haven't played in ages though. For some reason people didn't seem to like playing against Chaos teams there.

I always figured Blood Bowl would be better off set in the 40K universe. After all, you need power armour to represent the amount of padding they wear in Grid-iron. ZING!

Wow..I used to play..used to run a couple local leagues...although I'd piss off the GDW people as we used our own houserules which were sortof the best from all versions with our own stuff tossed in.

Made for great .. and more reasonable (in the blood bowl way) games..where one could walk out..deck the referee..then charge the pitch while he was down :D

Shiny. When is that due out?

No release dates or anything yet I'm afraid - I'm getting very much an air of 'its done when its done' from what little information I've seen dripped from the company (Cyanide) who is responsible for making it. Still, looks pretty sweet!

The first version of the computerized bloodbowl game was released years ago and apparently there was an expansion too, but I never saw that one (Assuming it was internet only).

And it was a very fun game.

I think you might be thinking of Chaos League. It was Bloodbowl in all bit name, but it wasn't GW endorsed. There was a previous version done of Bloodbowl some years before that, but apparently it was really bad. You had to run pre-selected plays, as is done in american football games, but it randomly placed your players in the lineups.

I remember that one. I enjoyed it for awhile, but it was extremly buggy, it quickly stopped being playable.
