Monster/ Special Abilities: Other than flying, Ana has a nice-smelling musk that stimulates arousal and fertility, and while she can lay her eggs traditionally, she is capable of oviposition when desired, too. Or using the ovipositor for other things if she wants.

Description: Anactoria is a pretty tall woman, although most of her height is pure leg. Being from a primarily egg-laying species she has wide hips and a rather bottom-heavy figure, as well as wings, four-toed feet whose claws act much like a pair of high heels, raising her up even more, and a surprisingly expressive crown of feathers at the back of her head.
History: Anactoria has, pretty much, always enjoyed watching others have sex. Whether that was other people or watching animals mate, she's paid very close attention to such things, and while extremely easily led and nearly unable to resist obeying any passing dominant woman, the care and raising of various creatures called out to her. She has a very large family of her own already, but once her actual children grow up and leave for their own life she throws herself back into caring for the young of others.
The creatures that live in dungeons tend to be extremely rare and interesting and it would be a great shame if they died out, so she's going to make sure all of these interesting creatures have lots and lots of well cared for babies.

While she'd rather sleep when not fucking people senseless, the other monsters tend to bug her if she doesn't work as at least something. Hence, she oddly inflicts that same problem for others to stay on task when she isn't eavesdropping on every soul inside the area.

Description: A mostly typical goblin, though surprisingly well endowed. She's usually actually quite professional and competent and would be an amazing worker if not for getting constantly distracted.
History: There had always been something odd about Kieri, and this was never more clear than when she became of age and declared that she wanted to work for a living, instead of being another goblin breeding hole. And not proper goblin employment either, like in a brothel, but an actual job that wasn't about having sex. Of course, her way was... fraught, to say the least. She might have been willing to work for a wage, but despite showing actual skill, her constantly flaring sexual needs have meant that maintaining stable employment at reputable companies was always... difficult, to say the least. But at Dungeon Flippers, she found a place that was willing to allow for her... unique quirks, in exchange for the raw talent she was able to provide when given the chance.

Race: Dark elf

Job: Spider wrangler and lighting expert. It's Callimar's job to make sure the caverns and crevices of a dungeon are nicely populated with spiders both large and small, and that all appropriate surfaces are covered with delicate cobwebs or thick, entrapping strands of death. He also uses torches, phosphorescent fungi and magic to set up the perfect lighting conditions for a spooky, dangerous dungeon delve.

Quirks: Callimar likes to think of himself as a dominant male, and loves to make females of any race submit to him, but it only takes a little show of physical, magical or political power from them to make him submit.

Special abilities: As a dark elf, Callimar can see quite well in the dark, has an affinity for spiders, and has some skill with magic: manipulating light and darkness, and a bit of levitation.

Description: Callimar is a tall dark elf with shoulder-length white hair like twisted spider silk, perhaps in his early adult years, as hard as it is to tell with elves. He dresses in black and red, and carries himself with an air of confidence that often feels hollow. When he is at work with his spiders or his art, his arrogance softens but his confidence becomes genuine. He is handsome, if you like elves.

History: Being a dark elf man isn't easy. It beats being one of the "lesser races", but being constantly subject to the whims of the city's matriarchs makes for a stressful life. Callimar began his apprenticeship in the spider stables of his city's great temple, tasked with feeding and tending the giant spiders that were kept as beasts of war as well as living monuments to their spider goddess. As an adult, he found himself commanding packs of spiders in battle against the city's foes.

He also found himself ensnared in the webs of the priestesses whose temple he served, helpless to disentangle himself. When he realized that he was serving as a personal confidante and concubine to three different high priestesses, all of whom would have killed him if they found out about the others, he took his favourite spider companions and fled the city.

Dungeon Flippers found him camped on the outskirts of one of their dungeon projects, destitute and lonely, and offered him a job when they saw his skill with his spiders. Finally able to be himself in an organization that wasn't always threatening to kill him, he flourished artistically, growing into a weaver of light and shadow as well as webs.

Above ground, she can never seem to find where she needs to be and has a hard time dealing with sunlight. She is also capable of producing milk though this causes her some embarrassment.

Description: Heather stands out in a crowd being tall, curvaceous, blonde-haired, and blue-eyed. She tends to have a rather vapid or blank look on her face most of the time and only really seems to come into her own when she's hauling heavy objects or knocking things over. Her body is covered in short brown furs that help to insulate her against most standard weather and she is spotted. To avoid causing problems for her coworkers Heather has taken to wearing a bell around her neck.

History: Heather has always been something of a troublemaker, not intentionally it just sort of happens, she lives in a world made of tissue paper and cardboard it seems because she breaks things without meaning to. Which is why she's with dungeon flippers. She has a debt, very literally, to pay off and this is the only job that lets her continue working for them after all the accidents she's had on the surface world.

Monster/ special abilities: Flies, breathes fire, some magical abilities, keen sense of smell, armored skin. Much more flexible than you might expect

Description: In human form he is a moderately tall person with fair skin, light blond hair that one could consider white in the right lighting. Has blue eyes, and is muscular as well. He may have long golden horns, depending on how far his magic has gone. as a dragon he has long horns, a long tail, wide wings, sharp teeth, and sharp golden claws. His size can vary, though he typically won't get larger than a horse for the sake of convenience at the job site. 
History: On would not expect this to be the sort of thing that a dragon would be doing. The stuff of legends and mighty tales, doing the equivalent of 'grunt work' would be thought to be beneath them.

That said, being a dragon can be tough. With the adventuring gig as it is, it can be a hassle to have your home raided all the time, fending off would be heroes and having to pay for resurrection spells and the like. Nyric tried that for a bit and decided that it wasn't the life for him, especially with how long lived dragons tended to be. So he diversified and found employment with the goddess of adventure. It's a steady job, the benefits are nice, and she makes sure no one tries to raid his apartment for stashes of gold (which is good, because there is one)

While it might be stereotypical, Nyric has settled into the role of Loot Procurement Specialist. In laymans terms, he is the one who plans out where all the goodies heroes find are located in a dungeon, as well as arranging the traps and battles around them. It is a difficult job, as one needs to foster a sense of progression, while holding to a scaling difficulty and reward that fits the dungeon. It's a difficult job, but one that he enjoys.
