Where would Character Creation go, in terms of building?

I've got some ideas for characters I want to make for a game, but I'm not entirely sure where to ask this question and bounce ideas around for. Any suggestions?

I would assume that it would go into the world building forum, which is here. I could be wrong though but I think that's the place to do so. :)

We don't have a specific area for character building, but you could use your O/Os for that purpose. Some people (like me) store their characters there.

World Building or O/Os is good for storing a character sheet, definitely.

If you're wanting to ask people for feedback or input about character ideas & have something of a more open interactive discussion without setting anything in stone or building a whole world for that character, you could use On Topic to see if anyone has any helpful input.
