Contemporary: Romance and Deception

This is an idea I'm tossing out:

The woman owns a large ranch, left to her by her father.  She's just having a hard time.  Things keep going wrong and she's barely making ends meet.  He takes a job on her ranch, but isn't who he seems to be.  He's the wealthy owner of some sort of business, or ranch that wants her land.  And thus things ensue, romance, possible deception.  Does he come clean, does he care, or is he just using her... and what happens when other twists come along. 

Just an idea, and I could adapt it or change the setting.
