For this one, I would either be visiting a foreign country, or travelling through it.  I would stop at a rural property, and be kidnapped to become the owners latest captive domestic. The owners could even long for a new ponygirl or petgirl, and keep me.

The property could even be owned by a deregestered surgeon, who uses their skills on me, perhaps to turn me into  a copy of someone that they lost, that could work just as much.
