Human pet (Pet play, F pet girl looking for any)

It was one of those nightmare scenarios that any animal lover cringes to hear about. The authorities moved in on a pet hoarder and found so many dogs and cats that they didn't even try to count them all. But what they found in one of the darkest and filthiest corners of the house was beyond even their worst expectations. A human girl, maybe 18 or 19 years old, dirty and naked except for a collar, her hair long and disheveled. She was huddled in the corner, seemingly terrified at the sudden intrusion. Her eyes wide with fear, she didn't seem to understand anything that was being said to her, and it took quite a bit of cajoling and a whole lot of patience to get her into the waiting ambulance.

Not sure what to do with her, they needed to find someone to care for her while she embarked the long road to recovery and whatever degree of normalcy would be possible for her. Someone with the patience to take things slowly, to care for her on her terms for as long as was needed while slowly acclimating her to living as a human instead of some wild, neglected pet.
