Rage Against the Machine/General Dissent (M4W)

I am starting to see a theme of the news stories, documentaries, podcasts, articles, etc. that draw me in.  NSA's legally questionable tactics, Occupy Movements, Catholic church abuses of power, political corruption, conspiracy theories, etc.  The plot lines are ripe for the taking - just looking for the right "victim" where I could be the abuser to help me further vet out ideas.  These ideas are VERY fluid right now.  Help me put something together...

I enjoy playing Dominant, creative, complex, occasionally sadistic characters.  Everything else is up for discussion.
