Ok, just  alittle messed up idea I had. How about a tournament, where all the fighters are girls, in skimpy but still covering outfits, that have to fight each other in a collosium? There underwear would give them specific powers, and the battle would commence.
BUT!
At the same time, male team mates would be running in, under the cover of the girl's powers, and attempting to steal the 'flag' as it were. Flag being the girl's panties.
