Be able to permanently mark a topic read. Even if a new post is made to it, it would still remain marked as read.  Is it possible (I know it's not right now..but possible in general in a forum setting)?

I would need to make a new table, then integrate it with the godforsaken unholy join that smf performs when you click that link...

Like I said, I'm focusing most of my attention on a new cms entirely : )
