Seeking role as a sissy boy

I have quite a few good stories open at the moment, but if possible I would like to find a game that could fill a particular slot, that of me playing a young sissified male.  I don't care about my writing partners gender or sexuality, and if possible I am even more open minded in what characters might play alongside mine; women, men, trans, aliens, monsters, animals, robots, ... sentient cake....

I don't have any specific request, more than a story where I get to play a beautiful teenage boy who is or becomes a sissy, willingly or not.  I would say I am probably looking for something fairly smutty, possibly extreme, and either quite down to earth and realistic or potentially at the far other end of the spectrum.
