Yes, but remember that the intent is to make anything in the main namespace (Anything without a : in the title) public.

Ah, so if I make a page and title it with a : in, it won't be public? And that's for the stuff that's over PG-13, I assume?

There's a User namespace, a Private namespace, and a couple of others that are purpose-specific (Help, Image, etc.).  Anything that isn't in one of the namespaces is to be PG13 :)  To create a page in a namespace you would name it namespace:pagename, i.e., Private:Adventures-story-idea.  If you'd like help putting a page together please don't hesitate to PM me and I'll be happy to help :)
