Can anyone help me get this to the correct avatar size so that I can fix my avi?

Here's a couple of possibilities at the right size.  I wasn't sure if you wanted more of the wolf or the girl, so tried to balance between.  The second one I lightened a little bit.

I just resized it too, only it was more width-ways.

I use picmonkey.com to resize and edit images - it's really easy and free :-)
