Linking to an Elluiki page

So, I'm not sure how things get translated by users other than myself if I use certain in-Wiki address-bar urls in links here on the forums. Should I be using the url as-is, or is there a way to link to some permalink that isn't tied to a version of the Wiki page?

For example...

https://elliquiy.com/wiki/User:TwoHundredTabs

vs

https://elliquiy.com/elluiki/index.php?title=User:TwoHundredTabs&oldid=112870

vs

https://elliquiy.com/elluiki/index.php?title=User:TwoHundredTabs


Are #1 and #3 equivalent, or is #3 the preferred link to use on the forums?

I think I've most often seen #1 used.

Copying the URL at the top of any page that comes up usually works for me.  I don't have to think about it that way.
