I only have a basic idea of a futa girl who is ashamed of her 'disgusting' body, until another girl helps her to realize that it's not so bad.

But..*shrugs* that's just something basic.

It can be either a swords and sorcery setting, or post-apocalyptic. Strike out where appropriate:

A Barbarian Queen/Female Warlord discovers a rare treasure in her latest raid; either a young, attractive hermaphrodite; or some form of magical talisman/Gene Resequencer that transforms the subject it is used upon into a futagirl.

It's a bit bare-bones, I know, but what do you think?
