The Lost World

A primordial world lost in time, where only the strong survive and the weak are left as bones swallowed by the Earth,
we travel back millions of years when tyrant lizards roamed lands untouched by man and long extinct species still
flourished. Walk in the skins of these magnificent creatures that once ruled the planet long before humankind took
over, experience the dangerous world around them through their eyes, and help them leave their mark for future
generations of young to follow. Will you live a long life in this primeval wilderness, or will you fall prey to an ever
hungry giant that is death?

Rules

➸ This idea is separated into four eras: Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous, and Cenozoic. Each character will be placed
into their proper time period based on their species. You can be a land, water, or flying creature, no restrictions!
➸ On that note, I will be placing no minimum or maximum of characters one person can create since there will be
death always present. Only the creator may kill their character in any way they see fit and always has the option to
create another.
➸ Dinosaurs and prehistoric mammals lived in an harsh and merciless age where an individual has to fight for their
lives every single day. Your character is not invincible and can be hurt or worse should the situation arise.
➸ Natural disasters will happen and be controlled by myself as host. Such updates and crucial information will be
listed on the first/second post of the main page. There will also be separate biomes for characters to cross.
➸ Roleplays of this magnitude, while encouraging freedom and variety, often result in one core problem: lack of
same species characters that result in standstills and confusion on replies. So, at times, I will post a halt on
character creation unless it is for a certain neglected species, especially pack and herd species. Hopefully this will
solve the issue.
➸ All characters and their creators, as well as existing groups, will be listed on the first page of the main thread.
That way newcomers will know which species exist, which groups need members, and who roleplays who.
➸ Trigger warning, as there will be gore and death. If this makes you uncomfortable, this roleplay is not for you.
➸ This is a semi-literate thread. I ask a small paragraph for each post/reply and will not allow one-liners. We want
to keep up muse and give every opportunity to your partner(s) to write a proper response.
➸ Carnivores can understand carnivores, herbivores can understand herbivores, and omnivores can understand
both. Also, just to add a touch of realism, make sure to use plenty of body language associated in communication
between live animals.

carnivores are at their most desperate to feed their families and spring showers bring with them devastating floods.]
