Fit to Fat to Fit Again (F for M/F)

Okay I had an idea for an RP based off this idea: http://www.fit2fat2fit.com/

Basically a man was fit, decided he'd get fat to see what it's like for someone who is fat to lose weight. He wanted to see what it was like to be that big and trying to lose weight. So what I"m looking for is for one of our characters to be the one who goes from fit to fat to fit while the other is the dedicated spouse who has to watch them go through all of this. Help them put on the weight and then be there to help them take it off. It would be quite the emotional and physical toll and I think that it could be really fun to play.
