I misread the pruning function and deleted ALL messages OLDER than 10 days instead of ones from the last ten days.

Is there a way to get these back? That's years of messages I didn't want to lose, ack!

This is something only Vekseid can help with. It's an all or nothing type thing, so you would have to get all the messages you've ever deleted back.
Selectively Available for NEW stories.
Status ⋮ Around here somewhere.

I didn't even know this was an option. I remember asking a staff member a long time ago if there was a way to recover PMs, and they just never replied back to me.

It's possible! They just did it for me and I saw someone else in the this forum ask for the same.

Do they only go back so far? Cause there are PMs from several years ago that I'm interested in getting back.
