Story ideas about joining the evil (?) side... (F looking for Any)

I haven't put up any RP requests for some time... So, I thought I'll try doing so for a change :)

This time around, I have one main idea I'd like to find a writing partner for, as well as two smaller ideas. All of these ideas deal with the theme of my character being forced to take up a role this character considers scary or even evil...

Please read on to learn of the ideas!



You Will Take The Throne (main RP idea)

I'd really like to try doing a fantasy RP inspired by this scene from The Rise Of Skywalker:

Basically, a story where a good female character (not necessarily some sort of great heroine, it could also be a normal person with kind personality etc.) is forced to become a queen of some evil / dark / morally suspect kingdom. She definitely wouldn't want to do this, as the kingdom's culture or goals would be at odds with her personal values... still, for some reason (like a curse, prophecy, blackmail), she'd have to agree to it. And then, she'd have to learn to live with her new role, possibly reign in her most evil subjects... There could also be a threat of the role corrupting her - either due to purely psychological reasons (I mean, if you have to rule a kingdom where cruelty is the norm, how long till you embrace such methods?) or the role coming with some sort of curse or dark power that warps the ruler's personality.

In this story, I'd like to play the female character that becomes the ruler. My writing partner could play whoever they'd want to :) An advisor / vizier-type character? A priestess of some dark religion in the kingdom? A royal guard? I'm sure there are many possibilities that could be worked into this story :) So, simply put - let's do some brainstorming!



Other story ideas!

As mentioned, I have two other RP ideas that deal with similar themes as the one above. I'd be interested in exploring them, too. In all of these stories I'd like to play a female character and my writing partner could play a character of their own choosing.

The Megacorp Child - a story similar to the one above, but set in some kind of near-future, cyberpunk-styled setting. In this story, my character would be a low-class female surviving by shady means on the rough streets of a futuristic metropolis. One day, though, she'd be grabbed from this life by a representative of one of the scary megacorps that rule this world - and she'd be informed that's actually a child of an honoured employee. And she'd be offered some sort of position within the corporation... possibly with "No, thank you, I'll pass" not actually being an acceptable answer. And so, my character would be thrown into this corporate work and culture - and see for herself whether the megacorps are actually as bad as the people of the dispossed classes think... Maybe they are not? Or maybe they *are* - and my character would struggle to keep her soul intact in this kind of enviroment...

The Dystopian Draftee - this story would take place in a modern or near future setting, in some sort of authoritarian (or even totalitarian) dystopia ruled by fascistoid regime. My character would be a young woman, either an active member of the democratic opposition or just a sympathizer. In any case, she'd get arrested for her political sympathies... but, instead of being thrown into prison, she'd be forced to join the regime's uniformed enforcer caste. And she'd be subjected to all kinds of pressure and indoctrination... Will she stick to her democratic values, or will she become the regime's foot soldier?
