I am wondering what are the proper uses of the Elluiki...I understand it should not become a repository of porn due to bandwidth issues, (and plus there are so many such respositories out there anyway)...but what should we use it for?  Can I use a page to keep track of games I am  with characters and plot ideas.  Can I make some of this secret from other users in case I want there to be surprises?  I'm a wikinoobia....

I'm not sure if there's a single, proper use...  Mostly, the rules of the site apply.  Don't do anything illegal, don't be a jerk or a bitch...

If you click on the 'Recent Changes' link, you'll see that Moondazed and others use it to keep track of their games on their userpages and/or pages named after them.

Some people have uploaded their art, avatars or favorite pictures.  This is fine.  We do have quite a lot to spare, though we do have to modify the code to better handle uploads (a bit annoying, that) giving the type of acceleration used on this server.

OK, I am a dork.  :P How do I actually create a new page?

Just type in the name of the page in the 'search' box on the bottom left there, click on 'Go'.  It will prompt you to edit or create a new page.
