I had a Question if a Princess is claimed by another Prince would they then need to ask permission to play with another's Princess? Or can they be bastards and go behind another Princes' back?

Yeah, they could play with the other princesses if they'd want, though they can't be NC about it. Only the princes are NC. If two bi or lesbian princesses wanna go at it, then okay.
