PLOT:

The Avengers are an elite group of superhumans created when the President of the United States approved a new defense budget to combat the growing risk of the U.S. being attacked by supervillains. General Nicholas Fury was chosen as the liaison between S.H.I.E.L.D. and the new group. He often acted as the group's leader. The first members were Scott Lang (Giant-Man), Hope Pym (Wasp), and Tony Stark (Iron Man). Bruce Banner was made the new science director, attempting to duplicate the super soldier serum. Finding the body of Captain America, they examined it hoping to at least gain a sample of the serum; instead, Steve Rogers was revived. They also found a strange man claiming to be the Norse thunder god. Thor agreed to join the team, but only if the President would triple the funds allocated to environmental issues in the budget.  The team later enter their first mission in battling an enraged Hulk been controlled by Loki in New York City, and successfully subdued him. Later the former members of the Brotherhood of Mutants, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver joined in the ranks of the Avengers along with Black Widow and Hawkeye. The team found themselves in humanity's old war against the alien race, the Chitauri, in which they successfully save the Earth and the Solar System from a Chitauri super-bomb. After the defeat of the Chitauri and Loki, the Avengers are immediately praised as heroes to the world. Despite being declared as national celebrities following a year after the defeat of the Chitauri, the Avengers had been serving the United States government as part of its "police" force in the War on Terror, thus alienating the entire international community, particularly in teaming up with the European Super-Soldier Initiative to invade a Middle Eastern nation suspected for possessing nuclear weapons. Furthermore, the super-soldier Reserves was created with the Avengers, causing a sharp criticism for possibly violating superhuman test ban treaties. The Avengers faced off against HYDRA who had infiltrated SHEILD, and Ultron created by Tony Stark. When Steve Rogers decided to try to save James Barnes who had been brainwashed as the Winter Solider this caused a Civil War and the Avengers were split.

The Avengers were reinstated as S.H.I.E.L.D.'s primary task force with Thor, Iron Man, Falcon, Hawkeye and Quake as its core roster and Black Widow/Natasha Romoanov leading, Nick Fury is in hiding after sanctioning a Secret War mission to try and overthrow the Laveran Dictator Victor Von Doom. Taking with him heroes such as Steve Rogers, Natasha Romaonv, James *Logan* Howlett, Peter Parker, Lucas Cage, Matt Murdock and Daisy Johnson all of who owed him a favour for one thing ore another. Doom retaliated in New York City which caused the heroes the Fantastic Four and the X-men to get involved to aid the battle. Doom had given his advanced technology to several criminal's who despised the Avengers. Steve Rogers denounced Fury and SHEILD and has officially hung up his SHEILD. Parker, Cage and Murdock returned to New York City. Logan to the X-men and Reed Richards has since imprisoned Von Doom and the other criminal's in his negative zone prison.

Tony Starks drinking has gotten worse and he can barley function as Iron Man. Thor returned to Asgard to rule while his farther slept in his Odion Sleep. Carol Danvers former SHEILD agent aka Captain Marvel has been offworld dealing with the Kree/Skrull crisiss. T`cahalla has been ruling with his sister in the land of Wakanda keeping out of any superhuman affairs as well as helping James Barnes on the road to recovery. Peter Parker has recently taken a job at the Daily Bugle as a photographer as well as entering Senior year of High School. Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and the Iron Fist saved New York City from the clutches of the HAND in secret. Frank Castle is taking out one criminal at a time as the Punisher. Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne have been working with Hopes parents on new ways to enter the quantum realm as well as developing Pym Particles. Scott is co raising his daughter Cassie with Hope and his ex wife. Stephan Strange and his aid Wong are keeping an eye on the Infinity Stones as are the Gordian's of the Galaxy.

IMPORTANT INFO
     This will be a free-form RP where combat is discussed between players and GMs via PM with the standard restrictions of no god-moding, killing off other player's characters, or significantly affecting another player's character without their consent, etc. Story and plot is the main goal here and everything will revolve around it. (The best RPs have a good story and characters with depth to drive it, the combat and interaction is a by-product of those two main focuses.)

     That is the general gist of it, and the details of the plot will be built as players choose characters to play. Original characters WILL be accepted so long as they are not a close copycat of some pre-created hero/villain.

Canon character's that have multiple versions will need to be discussed with the GM's as to which version will be used and their power's/limitations. An important thing to note is that since players may and may OFTEN be engaging each other in combat - try to avoid the high-tier combat characters with ridiculous power (like Galactus and others of that nature).

GAME REQUIREMENTS:
     - This is a freeform based group game, and a collaborative story.
     - This game is a "Light" category game, so BDSM and NC posters should look elsewhere.
     - Minimum limit of one post per week, anything less requires GM approval.
     - Maximum limit does not exist on posts - so long as you aren't pushing the story past fellow players (GM discretion)
     - Communication with other players concerning IC interactions, and posts that effect others.
     - Communication with GMs on plot-changing events, or anything that breaks/alters the current theme/state of game.
     - Choosing characters is a first-come first-serve basis.
     - Players can play both Canon and Original Characters.
     - Players can play as protagonists regardless of traditional hero/villain choice.
     - Unless GM approved, all characters are part of the Resistance (PM Veluux if interested in playing antagonists)
     - Maximum characters per person is currently set at three - one of which MUST be an OC (Judgement Survivor)
     - If only playing a single character, it is allowed to be a Canon Character of the Marvel Universe.
     - Your character's starting thread location will be chosen for you (PM Veluux to find out what location to plan for)
     - You are not required to read every post in every thread, but it is advised to try to keep up with the larger plot.

History:

Carol Danvers is a beautiful and highly capable young woman, who had managed to overcome gender-typing and excel in challenging military occupations. An ace fighter pilot and former officer in the US Air Force, She was also a former CIA agent when she was hired as the head of security for NASA.

When a dormant Kree sentry robot that NASA had been studying activated and went berserk, Noh-Verre an alien Kree super agent and one of Carol's co-workers in secret. She defeated the rampaging robot and saved her life. Carol and the "Captain Marvel" developed a relationship and was kidnapped by Yon-Rogg as an effort to lure Noh-Verre into a trap. The weapon he had used against Noh-Verre had exploded in the battle and she shielded Carol from the radiation with his body. This caused Carol to absorb much of his genetic template which became a perfect synthesis of Kree and Human genes.

Carol became Captain Marvel after gaining super powers from the explosion, soon becoming a powerful superhero in her own right. She has a close relationship with the X-man Wolverine aka Logan Howlette. She fought with the X-men recently against the Brotherhood of Mutants and her powers were temporarily absorbed by the young Brotherhood member Rouge. She also worked with Nick Fury of SHEILD to out some key members of US Government who were Skulls posing as Humans. As the cosmically-powered Heroine, Carol journeyed the galaxy. But then tragedy struck, as the trauma of her recent career caught up with her and she turned to alcohol in order to cope. Her struggle with alcoholism led to her being expelled from the SHEILD, after which she did some serious soul-searching and eventually cured herself of her addiction. She has worked with several Avengers on side missions but never been a full fledged member for fear of not wanting to develop real human connection's. She took part in many different adventures during this time.
She did not take part in the super hero civil war, however she would have sided with Iron Man due to her deep ties with the US government.
Yon-Rogg was revealed to be the one who had stolen the Phsyche-Magnitron and solicited the Kree to transport it back to Hala. When they refused, he combined with the Phsyche-Magnitron and claimed that he was going to reform Earth. Carol defeated the Brood but unknown to them Kree Sentries appeared on Earth. The Sentries projected an energy field around New York when Rogg used Danvers's brain as a power source amplified by the field to recreate a Kree city in New York's sky. Captain Marvel saved the city but suffered great brain damage in the process which cost her a big portion of his memories. She since has visited her family as she learnt her estranged farther is dying of terminal cancer. Even though Fury is a wanted man he and Danvers still check in with each other as they have a extremely close friendship.

Powers:

• Super Strength: Recent tests by Avengers scientist Bruce Banner have shown that Captain Marvel's base strength level is still increasing. Even when not augmented by any additional energy, Carol can now lift 92 tons and strike with a similar level of force, and Banner has theorized that this is likely not her limit. Under extreme circumstances Carol has shown the ability to tap into her cosmic Binary powers once again, allowing her to reach over class-100 strength levels for brief periods. She has also shown an ability to achieve class-100 strength if she has absorbed a great deal of external energy.
• Super Speed / Flight: Captain Marvel has the ability move at supersonic speeds, making her literally too fast for the human eye to follow. She can achieve speeds of at least Mach-3 during atmospheric flight and has shown the ability to hit even greater velocities when the need arises. At her Binary power level, she could achieve faster-than-light speed and journey across the galaxy under her own power.
• Super Agility Captain Marvel possesses great superhuman agility and reflexes to compliment her superhuman speed. She can perform acrobatic feats far beyond that of the finest human athlete and easily evade bullet-speed projectiles.
• Super Stamina Captain Marvel can exert herself at maximum effort for up to 24 hours before tiring. During the Skrull Empire's assault on New Kree, Ms. Marvel single-handedly fought off a massive Skrull invasion force for an entire day without rest, successfully keeping the city out of enemy hands until reinforcements arrived.
• Invulnerability: Captain Marvel is impervious to most forms of damage and can absorb a tremendous amount of punishment without injury.
• Energy Absorption: Captain Marvel has the ability to absorb a wide variety of energy and utilize it to further augment her own super-strength, speed, invulnerability, energy projection, and other powers. If empowered by enough energy, she can assume her Binary form again temporarily. 
• Energy Projection Carol can fire powerful concussion blasts of photon and stellar light energy from her hands and fingertips.
• Regeneration: In the event that Captain Marvel suffers an attack that is actually powerful enough to overload both her invulnerability and her energy absorption power, she possesses a super-healing factor and is able to quickly regenerate from almost any injury. Her healing rate is accelerated even further if she is able to absorb and utilize external energy to aid in the process.
• Danger Sense: Carol has a seventh sense that allows her to subconsciously predict an opponent's attacks before they make them, greatly enhancing her fighting and tactical prowess in battle.
• Minor Molecular Control: Captain Marvel possesses a limited degree of molecular control, which she can use to transform regular clothing into her Captain Marvel costume and vice versa.
• Cosmic Awareness: As Binary, Carol possessed cosmic awareness, much like that of the Silver Surfer. She could visually perceive all types of energy patterns and was instantly aware of any significant disruptions in space. Like her other Binary abilities, her cosmic awareness can re-emerge under the right circumstances.

• Experienced Spy: Carol is an experienced spy, having worked various undercover operations for the CIA and NASA.
• Multilingual: Carol is fluent in English, Russian, German and Japanese, as well as Kree, and Shi'ar languages. She speaks passable Rajaki and has a limited vocabulary in many other languages.
• Culture Knowledge: Carol has spent a long time traveling both the Earth and the Galaxy, in that time she has gathered knowledge on many different races and cultures.
• Expert Pilot: Carol is an accomplished pilot, having extensive experience with USAF planes as well as with Kree, Shi'ar and other alien starships.
• Trained Combatant: Her advanced military training along with her Kree warrior skills naturally makes her a very dangerous hand-to-hand fighter. When used in combination with her many superhuman powers, she becomes a truly formidable adversary.
• Talented Journalist: She had been a freelance journalist for some time and was also a magazine editor in New York. She is an accomplished author and has published several books, including a popular science-fiction novel based on her deep space adventures with the Starjammers.

Weaknesses

• Lost Memories: Due to the recent loss of her memories, she rather doesnt remember much of anyone. She has since done some of the research, but for her most of the people are strangers and she ends up faking a lot of her trust and friendship.
• Mind Control Captain Marvel is just as susceptible as others to mind control.

Equipment: Captain Marvel doesnt really use much in the way of equipment, though will occasionally use a hover bike or other vehicle for transportation.

Personality:
Carol is a brilliant and fiercely independent woman with a strong willpower. She pursues her goals and dreams through any adversity. She is extremely self reliant and hard working. She is quite confrontations if someone crosses her line and will challenge anyone. She is sometimes seen to make choices thought of as cold and uncaring, but she cares quite deeply about others and has otherwise been trained to think fast on how to deal with emergency situations. She is often seen as outspoken, direct and very assertive.

HISTORY:

It was rumored that Natasha Romanova was somehow related to the last ruling czars of Russia, but this was never proven. Nothing else was known about her prior to World War II.  There are varying accounts of Romanova's early life. One account states that Nazis set the building Natasha was living in on fire in Stalingrad, and her mother threw her out the window to a Russian soldier before dying in the fire. The soldier’s name was Ivan Petrovitch, and he watched over Natasha for her entire life, remaining by her side as her chauffeur.

While under Ivan's protection, many adversaries attempted to attack her. Victor Von Stucker abducted Natasha and presented her to the Hand in Madripoor. There, she was to become their Master Assassin until Captain America, Logan, and Ivan saved her. As Natasha grew and matured, she proved to be an amazing athlete and scholar, while gaining distinction in the USSR as a ballerina. The Soviet government intelligence (KGB) decided that the skill set of this couple would make them superb special operatives, and split them up while Alexi was away on a mission. Trained as the Red Guardian, Alexi became the Soviet Union’s answer to the United States’ Captain America. Natasha was told that her husband died in an experimental rocket crash, and was drafted into the KGB. She became their best operative from being trained in the infamous Red Room Academy, becoming excellent at fighting and information gathering. During this time she had some training under the Winter Soldier. It was there she was first dubbed the “Black Widow.”

Black Widow was assigned to assist Boris Turgenov in the assassination of Professor Anton Vanko for defecting from their country by infiltrating Stark Industries in America. Tony Stark/Iron Man, continually foiled her schemes against Stark Industries. Romanova later met the novice archer Hawkeye and set him against Iron Man, and later helped Hawkeye battle Iron Man. Unfortunately, Hawkeye's association with Russian spies would label him a criminal in his early career. But both eventually came around and became hero's with Barton first getting recruited by SHEILD and then Natasha. In time, Black Widow came to the Avengers and became close friends with such members as Captain America, Thor, Hulk and Iron Man. She was crucial in Steve Rogers and Nick Fury unearthing the HYDRA agents who were embedded in SHEILD such as Lumblowe and Agent Citywell. She became equated with other heroes such as Sam Wilson the Flacon, Agents Maria Hill and Sharon carter when they went up against the brainwashed James Bucky Barnes, Barnes didn't recall any history he had with Natasha due to the severe brainwashing he had undergone.  Natasha developed a romantic connection with Steve Rogers but ahs never acted on it due to her respect for him. When she broadcasted SHEILDS secrets on the web everyone became aware of everything she had done while working for the Red Room however the Avengers are a forgiving bunch.

She immediately proved herself in battle against Ultron who had been created accidently by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. She continued working as a Avenger and helped Rogers train up New Recruits the Vision, Scarlet Witch, Flacon, Quicksilver and War Machine. She also was part of Nick Fury's Secret war in Latvia along with Rogers and several other heroes who owed Nick a favour ore too. Fury's favour with Natasha was he helped her track down her old mentor and farther figure Alexi and break him out of a Korean prison so he could die peacefully.

Weeks Later Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch accidently blew up a Wakanda Embassy during a confernation with Crossbones which set about the Superhuman Civil war. She took Iron Mans side although it broke her heat when Steve Rogers tracked down his former friend James Barnes who had been used as the fall guy for the execution of the Wakndana King at the UN bombing days later. Rodgers and Stark fell out, Natasha had technically helped both and remind neutral now she is in charge of SHEILD given fury is on the Run and she is desperately trying to peace the Avengers back together.

POWERS/ABILITIES:

◾Peak Human Strength: Her physical strength is at the peak level of natural physical limits of a woman of her height, weight and build. She is capable of lifting up to 500 lbs.

◾Peak Human Speed: Her speed is also enhanced to the peak of human capability. Natasha is as fast as a human can be without being classified as superhuman.

◾Peak Human Agility: Natasha's natural agility is heightened to a level greater than that of an Olympic gold medalist. She can coordinate her body with balance, flexibility, and dexterity easily.

◾Peak Human Reflexes: Her reaction time is similarly enhanced and functions with superhuman efficiency and capability.

◾Peak Human Durability: Natasha's bodily tissues have been augmented to the pinnacle of human development. Though she can be injured in the typical ways other humans can be, she possesses exceptional human strength, endurance, and stamina.

◾Peak Human Senses: Her five senses are enhanced and function at the peak of human perfection.

◾Extended Longevity: The Super Soldier serum variant has also extended her lifespan by dramatically slowing her natural aging process. Although she is almost 70 years old, she has the youthful appearance and vitality of a woman in the physical prime of her life.

WEAKNESSES:

She is vulnerable to magical attacks as recently made aware to her when she fought against Scarlet Witch as they trained together. Natasha is also subseptiable to mind control from a telepath on the level of the X-men, such as Charles Xavier ore Jean Grey. Natasha can also be taken down by energy based attacks and the elements but she would put up one hell of a fight. And on a personal note the Super Soldier serum has kept her in her physical prime, its effects on her body have made pregnancy impossible. Natasha`s past means not even those closet to her can ever fully trust her one hundred per cent.

PERSONALITY:

A mistress of seduction and of lies, Natasha is the perfect spy, with a determination to survive no matter the cost.
Natasha as "Red in her ledger" and as such feels she has a lot of mistakes to correct.
She has had romantic relationships with Hawkeye, and romantic feelings towards Steve Rodgers.
Her Romance with Hawkeye has turned into a solid lasting friendship. 
Natasha does not particularly have a social life of her own; she dedicates most of her time to her espionage work.
She has great deal of respect for Captain America as he understands her and she has worked with him on multiple occasions in both super heroics and espionage. Natasha is often his first choice as a second-in-command officer in the Avengers, enabling her to utilize all of talents.

EQUIPMENT:

Personal Weaponry: The Black Widow's Gauntlets are wrist cartridges containing various tools of the spy trade: tear-gas pellets, a radio transmitter and spring-loaded cable.

Special Weaponry: Various automatic weapons and firearms, combat knives and explosives as needed. She also uses a device often referred to as the Widow's Bite that is capable of emitting highly potent electric shocks with a maximum of about 30,000 volts.

Powers and Abilities:
   
- Asgardian Physiology: As an Asgardian, Thor possesses incredible supernatural powers and superhuman attributes far surpassing many other Asgardians, with only his father and older sister being his superior in power. With the death of Odin and Hela, Thor is currently the most powerful Asgardian within the Nine Realms and the cosmos.

- Superhuman Strength: His incredible superhuman strength enables him to easily overpower hordes of normal humans, Frost Giants, Chitauri, Marauders, Dark Elves, Ultron Sentries, Outriders and various other species within or beyond the Nine Realms. Thor's strength extends to his ability to leap great distances. With his strength, Thor is able to take on multiple enemies at once, using Mjølnir to send at large groups of enemies. Using his weapon Mjølnir, Thor's strength is compounded, as he is able to swing his mighty hammer with great speed and force. Thor's strength is so great, that he can throw his hammer with enough force to break through nearly any barrier, whether it be stone, metal or dark energy. The only few beings able to outclass Thor's strength are Kurse, Hela, Surtur at full power, Odin, and Thanos.

- Superhuman Durability: Thor's skin, muscle, and bone tissue have many times the density of the same tissue in the body of a human being and is nigh-invulnerable, much more so than regular Asgardians to the point that Gamora claimed that Thor's muscles felt as if they were "made of Cotati metal fibers." Even when he was stripped of his powers, Thor was still amazingly resilient due to his dense body, withstanding being hit by a van with ease, and only being seemingly killed by a punch from the Destroyer.

- Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite his astounding resistance to injury, it is still possible to injure Thor. However, due to his Asgardian physiology, Thor is able to heal at a rate significantly faster than a normal human and even much faster than most Asgardians.

- Superhuman Speed: Thor can move at great superhuman speeds.

- Superhuman Reflexes: Thor can react and dodge objects traveling at high speeds, with him dodging many of Hulk's blows during the Contest of Champions and he was able to blast away swords thrown by Hela as soon as they were sent flying towards him.

- Superhuman Stamina: Thor's advanced musculature is considerably more efficient than that of a human and most other Asgardians. As a result, his muscles produce practically no fatigue toxins during physical activity compared to those of humans and most other members of his race. His virtually inexhaustible stamina enables him to exert himself at peak capacity for an undefined period of time without tiring at all.

- Superhuman Agility: Thor's agility, dexterity, balance, and bodily coordination make him a great warrior for battle. He moves with incredible grace and speed despite his considerable size and body density.

- Longevity: Thor, like all other Asgardians, is not truly immortal. It is possible to kill an Asgardian and other beings in the Nine Realms. More accurately, Asgardians are extremely long-lived beings. Thor ages at a pace far slower than a normal human.

- Weather Manipulation: Thor was born with the power to control weather storms, with it being the reason he is called the "God of Thunder". Thor displayed a level of control over the weather, able to manipulate parts of it, although his focus always seemed to be somewhere else so whenever events of him displaying this power occurred his mind was elsewhere. Among them was when he was able to keep rain from touching Jane Foster as a downpour occurred as well as when he began to generate sparks of lightning from his hands after becoming furious.

- Electricity Manipulation: Thor was born with the ability to generate, control and project electrical energy, with him thus being dubbed the "God of Thunder". Even while unable to personally harness it and needing Mjølnir to focus his powers over electricity, Thor's electric bolts were already strong enough that it was able to blacken an Aether-enhanced Malekith, take down two Chitauri Leviathans and a large amount of the aliens.

- Weather Manipulation: Wielding Mjølnir's helped refine Thor's power to give him the ability to control the base elements of a storm.
- Lightning Manipulation: Thor's main weapon while using Mjølnir is the ability to summon a lightning bolt from the surrounding skyline. As well as being able to channel electricity on its own Mjølnir is able to attract the ambient electricity from the surrounding atmosphere and redirect it towards a given target.
- High Speed Flight: Thor was capable of hurling Mjølnir with great force and, by holding onto the leather thong, was capable of flying through the air at immense speeds.
- Weight Manipulation: Mjølnir's enchantment allows its worthy wielders to swing it nearly effortlessly yet, in reality, it is extremely heavy to an average person.
- Energy Projection: With Mjølnir, Thor could project blasts, waves, and bolts of electrical energy of various sizes and intensities.
- Armor Generation: By summoning lightning from the sky into Mjølnir, Thor's clothes are transformed into his combat armor.
- Weapon Summoning: Mjølnir obeyed Thor's summons as though it was driven by a form of intelligence.

- Pilot: Thor has demonstrated a level of proficiency and knowledge in piloting various types of alien spacecrafts and was able to effectively pilot a Dark Elf Harrow.

Background and History:
     
Initially, Thor starts out as a brash, arrogant, boastful, immature, irresponsible and headstrong prince who defies the will of his father and places his selfish needs before that of those around him. Due to his mighty power and appearance, he felt that he was entitled to rule with an iron fist. However, once he arrives on earth and meets Jane Foster, who shows him kindness and love, Thor is smitten and begins to develop a humble and compassionate heart, as well as selfless and moral traits.

Even as a child, Thor was bloodthirsty as he jesting that he'll hunt down the Frost Giants and slay them all if he becomes king, however, this trait of his completely disappeared as a result of Jane's influence.

Despite these negative traits of his at the time, Thor at least possessed some traits of honor, as he supported his friend Sif in her goals to become a great warrior, while most others would not take her seriously.

Thor was destined to become the king of Asgard, however, he eventually realized, that he couldn't actively protect the Nine Realms from the throne, as he selflessly denied his birthright, even offering Mjölnir to (who he thought was) Odin.

- Despite the great capabilities Thor possesses, letting his condition neglected can extract a heavy toll on his power.

Master Martial Artist -  After brutal and extensive training with Captain America in a plethora of martial arts, Sam has become one of the best fighters in the world; he's even defeated empowered members of the Wrecking Crew through skill and technique alone.
Master Acrobat -  Again, thanks to the Captain, Sam's natural athleticism was trained and honed over the years and he was considered roughly an equal to Steve when it came to movement.
Master Aerialist - Simply put, Sam is one of the best flight fighters in the world, even better than people like Iron Man and Ms. Marvel due to him spending a majority of his time in the air.

Tech/Equipment
Falcon Uniform - A Vibranium microweave was added to the costume itself, making Falcon resistant to small arms fire. The entire system is controlled mentally through cybernetic circuitry in the Falcon's mask/goggles.
Wing Harness - An emitter array on Falcon's back houses Wakandan Vibrainum wings with a maximum wingspan of up to 50 feet (15 m). Controlled by a cybernetic link, the wings can be instantly reconfigured into "dozens of different cruise configurations". A "magnetic drive", in turn, provides the thrust needed to get Falcon airborne. The emitter also possesses GPS Jamming Devices that prevent satellite tracking, as well as interfere with infra-red tracking.
Avian Telecommunications Link - Sam has a good grasp of electronics allowing him to control and configure Redwing, his cybernetic pet.  Beyond commands, he can see through the eyes of robot bird in his vicinity 5 miles distance, allowing him unparalleled tactical view of the area.

Bio:
Sam's life coming up was hard, and it shaped him to be that way. He lost his dad when he was 9, and his mother was killed several years later. Losing both parents at such a young age, in a place like Harlem made him a hard individual, tough and a hardass. Cap changed that though, helping Sam get back to who he truly is. He's an everyman, willing to fight for those who need it, whether they want his help or not. He tries to see the good in people but has no problem realizing when there isn't any. He's fair and compromising but knows how to be steadfast as well if the time comes. All in all, he's just a guy trying to do his best.
