There's this profile picture that I want as my avatar. I've tried to resize it. It doesn't seem to work.

Can someone help me with this please?

Excuse me butting in but can you say how you make an image into an acceptable profile?  Is it just a matter of size?

Please note that the reply rate on my profile is very misleading.  I registered at Elli in 2019 but did not begin my introduction until May 2021.  I calculate my reply rate at approximately 1.25 per day and rising.  You can check this from the date of my first post - May 12 2021 - under 'show posts' and my total posts.

Profile pictures should be 150 x 200 pixels. Anything larger will not work.
Selectively Available for NEW stories.
Status ⋮ Around here somewhere.

I seem to be having an issue myself.  Do the pictures have to be exactly 150x200, because the picture I'm trying to use fits all other requirements, but I keep getting an error.

The picture you use cannot be bigger than 150 x 200 pixels.
Selectively Available for NEW stories.
