I would say Exotic NC seems the best bet to be safe. And for now, a team crash-landed on the planet with the Casino? Setting that scene would likely be enough for the rest of us to work with.

Okay I'll post a prologue sorta post to set the scene avoid focusing on characters and instead describe what happens <3.

I warn you I am not good at intros - hope this is enough to help people. I tried to give information sparse so players can fill it in. I also allowed for crew of experts and everyday Joes and Janes. I really hope this works as I do want to get this RP and you've all been patient enough.

Personality Crisis is often quiet and tends to keep to herself and her plants.  To some, she even seems aloof. Her mannerisms come in two modes: Either flat and deadpan, or theatrically flamboyant. For this reason, she is often seen as a mad scientist.  Or, at least, a chuunibiyou one, as she will sometimes attempt something flashy, completely whiff, and continue on as if nothing happened.

As one might expect, her lab is filled with all sorts of unusual flora, each of which has a cute pet name.  She talks to them sometimes when she’s alone.  They are all considered highly valuable research subjects, and she would protect them with her life if it came to it, but if she had to sacrifice them for the sake of the crew she would.  She won’t like it and be moody for a long time afterwards, but she’ll do it.

History: Crisis was born the middle child of seven children, and is the oldest daughter.  Her father, Chryses Sr., paid extra special attention to her as she was a quiet child and he didn’t want her disappearing into the background like children of that sort tend to do.  Needless to say, they had a very close relationship.

When Crisis was thirteen, her class went on a field trip to a local arboretum where an extraterrestrial plant was on display.  The plant transformed into a giant monster and had to be destroyed, but that only fueled her obsession with alien flora. Today, she is considered one of Earth’s foremost experts in the field. In addition, she dabbles in witchcraft and the brewing of potions. Mixing the two fields has led to some interesting results.

A couple years ago, a demon spread a debilitating curse that nearly killed dozens of people, including her own father.  The destruction of the demon lifted the curse, but for some there were lingering side effects, her father among them.  While modern medical science is capable of easing his condition, it’s only a matter of time before he succumbs to it.  Believing that a cure for his condition may lie beyond the stars, Crisis has joined a certain scientific expedition...

Personality Normally an easy-going person with a carefree and lackadaisical attitude and approach to things, Leon is generally a friendly and optimistic individual. He is very considerate of others and always tries to help or encourage those who need it.  He can be very earnest and approaches any task with some eagerness, even if the task itself may prove daunting.  He makes an effort to be friendly to other people and displays loyalty to those he's closest to.  With an adventurous spirit, he's willing to give (almost) anything a try.

History: The youngest of three siblings, Leon grew up in a normal house with a normal family.  He liked and watched the same TV shows everyone else did, read the same books as everyone else did, and listened to the same music as everyone else did.  In spite of this, he gained a bit of a reputation due to his willingness to try out new things that catch his interest.  For example, after watching a street magician's performance live for the first time, Leon attempted to give it a shot.  He gave up after a couple weeks, though.  He impulsively took home economics during the height of Gordon Ramsay's popularity (he got a passing grade), tried out for the school play when he found out they were short on people (he got a part with two lines), and attempted to write a novel (did not make it past the first page).  On multiple occasions, he has attempted to get into the Guinness Book of World Records.  He's done the ice-bucket challenge, the cinnamon challenge, the bottle flipping challenge, etc... He did scale back on this tendency to pick-up random hobbies after graduating high school, though.

One of his college professors, a Marine Biologist had been studying the Bermuda Triangle and all the strange, supernatural incidents surrounding it.  A few college students, including Leon were hired on as interns for his next expedition to the Bermuda Triangle.  It later turned out that the college professor was in danger of losing his research grant as his expeditions yielded little to no results.  A couple of the interns were facing student debt.  Leon himself was finding it difficult to continue paying his tuition fees to stay in college.  That was when they came across a strange alien casino...
