Lost in the Jungle (seeking female)

A female adventurer crash-lands her helicopter in the middle of a massive jungle while searching for a lost artifact of great interest to the archaeological community. Her only hope for survival now is a nearly-naked native boy she finds, looking to be in his mid to late teens. He possesses the knowledge and skill necessary to get her to what she seeks, and the boy agrees to help her if she would in return help his people come up with a cure for an illness they are stricken with.
